This is a pretty good method. If you find you need even more protection, make 3-4 wraps in a spool right after you put on the thumb loop and put them over the back of your knuckles, then secure them with another 2 wraps before starting your wrist and finger wraps. don't forget don't cut off your circulation
I used to make that mistake😂. Now i keep it as loose as i can while keeping it firm
Thanks, I’ll try that. I enjoy your videos as they inspire me to move, and it isn’t always easy at 68
Good video Jonathan. Like here from Brazil. 😉🥊🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
Thanks so much sensei
Thanks!
What brand/lenght of wraps you got, because I swear these wraps nowadays don't be long enough to do that.
Where can I get this kind of a bandage?
Hello, can you tell me what length of tape do you take?
Wonderfull !! Personnaly, i use to do it in an other way. Probably not, but is it serious or not ? Is your way the best way ?
👍🥊
So many types of protection hands... It's better
I will try your way because I am constantly injuring my pinky, and ring finger knuckles. This seams like it might help.
Thanks 🙏
