- There are few shooting accessories that also break through to my normal daily life. However Mechanix Gloves buck that trend. I wear Mechanix Gloves throughout the year for all kinds of activities. In this video I focus on the best models for the shooter, especially those who love precision shooting. I also take a look at a surprise product from Mechanix - Shooting Glasses!

You Sir are a rare exception to disreguarding 90% of the information or opinions regarding a product. There's value in knowing what's being conveyed is coming from an experienced intelligent source. Keep em' coming!
Yeah I can't recommend mechanix enough for shooting. 12 years in the Army and I know most people use them as their choice of gloves. I've had M-pact gloves for ages and the amount of times they have saved my hands from getting injured Is crazy. Some things are worth paying for the quality and gloves are 100% one of those things.
100% - sweat band Paul. Great info and real life examples of why those products work
Thanks Nick!
I’m going on EX with army tomorrow and I got a set of fingerless gloves. Might swap them for full gloves.
And unfortunately I couldn’t find kaki
Just started watching, and I really like your videos! All of your stories really resonate with me. You have a well-rounded view of the real world around us.
I was a security contractor in iraq in 07 and 08.
I'm into sporting clays as well and love hunting birds with my dogs.
@@kenandrieling5885 Thanks Ken, glad to hear you shoot as well. And glad you like the channel!!
FastFit all the way for me🏆🙌🏻
Those first two are my go to gloves and will try the grip ones out, I watched a UA-camr who I like save his fingers from a "rocket pistol" with the same grey Mechanix recently(it was Brandon Herrera with the Gyrojet James Bond style rocket powered pistol) and the weapon explosively disattached from the barrel in his hand...the gloves took the damage instead of his fingers!.
Mechanix are great stuff.
Mechanix makes great gloves for pretty much anything. Even there basic thin level 1 work gloves hold up very well, i bought a 3 back and still have them and wash them and they dont have any rips
I have used the m pack ones in the army great gloves
I use the M-Pact ones at work (got one of those jobs that's like death by 1000 little cuts). Really hard wearing, but as you say, try before you buy, because they're sizing is a bit uneven between the product lines.
I don't use them for shooting, but the Impact Pros are very nice mid-weight gloves for cycling and Fast Fits are good general purpose workshop gloves.
I have a question: i am thinking about buying a Beretta DT11 however it will maybe be a better idea to buy a used DT10 ? Asking for your opinion
If you can find a used DT10 you like at the right price you will not be dissapointed. Many people refused to move to the 11 because they loved their DT10 so much!
@@thatgearguy thanks for the reply, I’ll try and find a used DT10 in a good condition for a reasonable price. Have a good one 👍
Is that a Bronco behind you ?
It is.
@@thatgearguy awesome , have a Bronco myself!
I'm a Wiley-X guy :)
