Welcome to my channel! In today's video, I want to share my recent experience with the Mahindra Dee Emm Service Centre, and unfortunately, it's not a positive one. As a proud owner of a Mahindra Thar, I have always expected reliable service and prompt repairs. However, my repeated visits to the service centre for a persistent issue with my car's gears have left me feeling frustrated and let down. This is now the fourth time I have brought up the issue of my car's gears getting stuck, and yet the service centre has been unable to resolve the problem effectively. Last month, I decided to go all-in and opted for a major service, paying a hefty sum of 17,000 rupees. I made sure to mention the gear issue again, but to my disappointment, they assured me that the gears were functioning fine, even though they clearly were not. Adding to my frustration, the reverse parking sensors in my car have been malfunctioning for the past 4-5 months. Despite repeatedly informing the service centre about this issue, they have continuously failed to repair the sensors, often citing a lack of time to address the problem. This level of negligence and lack of attention to customer concerns is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, every time I raise an issue, the service centre conveniently blames aftermarket modifications for any errors, including the gear malfunction. It is evident that these problems are not a result of any modifications I have made to my car, and this constant excuse only adds insult to injury. What makes this whole experience even more disheartening is the rude behavior exhibited by the staff at the service centre. As a customer, I believe in being treated with respect and professionalism, but unfortunately, this was not the case during my interactions with the Mahindra Dee Emm Service Centre. As a car owner, I had high expectations for the Mahindra brand and my Thar, However, the poor service and incomplete repairs have left me questioning my decision to invest 20 lakhs in a Mahindra vehicle. I genuinely feel that I have wasted my hard-earned money due to the lack of satisfactory service and support. In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a Mahindra vehicle to think long and hard before making a decision. The experience I have shared today is a clear reflection of the service quality and customer support I have received from the Mahindra Dee Emm Service Centre. Many people faced problem with Mahindra. That’s why Toyota, Hyundai and Maruti are the best. Anand Mahindra comments on everything but doesn’t take stock of this condition of his company servicing center behaviour
plz visit other service stations in your city I think this service station is full of cars for repair or contact Gtownmunda, he also was facing many issues in his new 4x2 thar. Mahindra should make a separate service station for Thar.

The mechanics in my dealership's workshop is poorly trained , I have purchased a new bolero neo n10 r after driving 1000km I went for my first servicing but after that they handed me my car with a check engine system error and is now unable to fix it and asked me keep the car for the day , I am frustrated with their staff and I feel they have given me a car without proper PDI check

Well he is some of most hypocritic businessman in India which sadly ignore for their blind patriotism
same goes for alturus g4 injector problems from 30,000 kms . the car is in warranty period year of 2022
