Isse aap zid karke bharwa lein aur sabhi ticks karwa lein. Dealer ke liye yeh mandatory hai nahi to aap delivery na lein. Sign krne ke baad dealer ki puri responsibility ban jati hai. Aur car ko service mein dene se pehle pics le lein. Hamesha job card lein. This as a consumer is our responsibility. Yeh saab documents as a proof use krke Area/Regional head ko approach karein. Yaad rkhe proofs and documents are very important. Aur shanti banaye rakhe.

Being a lady i walk into the vw service center in Gurgaon and feel absolutely safe. I also go to the workstation to discuss issues with the boys. They all are very knowledgeable and helpful.. their service may be expensive but its absolutely worth it. We dont wait for days together for issues to be resolved and the parts are so reliable, we seldom have any breakdowns..and we never ever have to follow up.. they always call and inform.. nothing is worth risking our self respect and safety. Till india doesn't learn this, we stick to german.. our generation of educated youngsters dont believe in yelling, fighting, nagging or begging.. bro sell your thar and change to a German one..

First all new thar operational issues defective vehicle i proved, the tyre pressure and rum were having issues, I them fought a lot and escalated to head offcie I still am insisting them to MAKE A RECALL and update all the thar they have given reference and regional Head MP and senior management... Mahindra management should take real experience... Sales and service both are now having issues... REGIONAL OFFICES AND DELAERSHIP are filtering and now the real mahindra fans are facing issues
It's because of such dealers that certain brands don't do well in the long run ... and then no matter how hard they try, they cannot repair their tarnished image ... the biggest example is skoda whose dealers ripped customers off initially and now whatever 2.0 or 3.0 they get is not going to make any significant impact

Had troubles with the Mahindra XUV 500, lot of issues with customer service and engine issues... This is one big reason why I had to choose a fortuner over Scorpio N.. I don't like Mahindra at all anymore.. mainly because of Service centre support

Was about to test drive Scorpio N, but after seeing this and many other similar stories will pass on Mahindra until they get their service levels to global standards and take accountability.
There is one thing to notice. All these types of problems arising out in the car market is related to either TATA or MAHINDRA. As we Indians are now trying to buy Make in India cars, only to promote Indian manufacturers, but these companies have taken us for granted. I believe that we must ignore these car companies and avoid to buy their products just based on our nationalist feelings. Avoid Mahindra And Tata! Go for good products and Services!
I own a XUV 500 since last 7 years ...and the experience has been generally very good ....but I have realised that there are few bad service stations ...pls take your vehicle to different service station...m sure ur issues should get resolved

You take base model or top model it’s the same respect you get when you enter there.
Had troubles with the Mahindra XUV 500, lot of issues with customer service and engine issues... This is one big reason why I had to choose a fortuner over Scorpio N.. I don't like Mahindra at all anymore.. mainly because of Service centre support

There is one thing to notice. All these types of problems arising out in the car market is related to either TATA or MAHINDRA. As we Indians are now trying to buy Make in India cars, only to promote Indian manufacturers, but these companies have taken us for granted. I believe that we must ignore these car companies and avoid to buy their products just based on our nationalist feelings. Avoid Mahindra And Tata! Go for good products and Services!
I own a XUV 500 since last 7 years ...and the experience has been generally very good ....but I have realised that there are few bad service stations ...pls take your vehicle to different service station...m sure ur issues should get resolved

Bhai mera saath bhi huva hai. Engine off karte time pe agar engine cooling fan on hai to fan band hona ka wait karo ... agar aise hi band ki to next time gaadi start karoge to accelerate nahi hoti. ..
