    This is what Indian companies are doing. Well done Mahindra well done. And we blame Chinese and Korean companies and don’t want them to run their businesses in India. Though they are manufacturing their products in India only but we still like Mahindra and now a other biased UA-camrs influences us not to buy any other product but Indian product. Tbh we would love to buy Indian products we love India. Mahindra and us should grow together. But after sales service of Mahindra has become really poor. Either you should make the good product or start giving training to your employees because they run the company and they interact with customers. 🙏🏻 Thankyouu Arun bhai for showing us honest owner’s review 🙏🏻 you’re definitely far better than other UA-camrs

      Indian brands are just using patriotism to loot customers just like our politicians. no support for customers & these dealers are straight up crooks to further fleece customers. still there are jobless fucks and immature kids defending them in every thread. move over tata and Mahindra and give money to reputed brands that actually value customers.
      I get that there are bad actors in every brand but other brands quickly take actions against them and help customers in the end. while these Indian brands will try everything to censor and stop you.

    Ek chota sa suggestion to everyone, "Most of the Service Booklets have a PDI page which has to be filled before car dispatch and signed by the concerned executive." Isse aap zid karke bharwa lein aur sabhi ticks karwa lein. Dealer ke liye yeh mandatory hai nahi to aap delivery na lein. Sign krne ke baad dealer ki puri responsibility ban jati hai. Aur car ko service mein dene se pehle pics le lein. Hamesha job card lein. This as a consumer is our responsibility.
    Yeh saab documents as a proof use krke Area/Regional head ko approach karein. Yaad rkhe proofs and documents are very important.
    Aur shanti banaye rakhe.

    Same thing happened with me during COVID humne Nexon book Kari thi aur waiting ke chlate delivery 3 months delay ho gyi aur 3 bari price bhi badh chuke the lekin us time tata motors ki taraf se " price protection " diya gaya tha un buyers ko jo ki us particular date se pehle gadi ki booking karai thi and i know about that because of i follow automobile news but dealer asked to pay increase price on that car so humne mana kar diya aur usne kaha ki lena hai to lo varna mai gadi kisi aur ko bech dunga after that we call customer care and complaint about that incident and wrote tweet to tata motors regards this after that we receive a call from regional head of tata motors and he apologized behalf of that's dealer and assured us ki you don't need to pay extra amount and next day dealer call me and said sorry to me😂
    Main villain to dealer hote hain

      @@Sparkleofficial07 sorry to say bro maruti ki service ekdan 3rd class hai wo state to state vary krta hai im from Goa yaha pe mera service experience ekdam ekdam ghatiya raha wo bolte kuch hai aur krte kuch hai. 8 years back hamari dezire thi aur kya hua jate wakt ek ped ki teheni pdi hui thi raat ka time tha aur hame wo dikhayi nahi di aur wo jage fog light pr lagi aur wo pura ander chala gaya bhaisab hamne jab gadi d 8 te 10 din lagaye aur dadagiri bohot thi unki rude behaviour ye goa me nahi Karnataka mai bhi same problem hua tha mere uncle ke sath hme tabhi bohut pachtava hote laga ki kyu maruti li hum maruti ki car 2006 se kharidte aa rahe hai but aur experience is totally worst now we have Honda CRV and the aftersale service of Honda is excellent no complaint against any Honda showroom aur their behaviour they talk very politely aisa algta kisi family member se baat kr rahe hai 4 saal hone ko aaye aaj bhi Honda ka service experience mind-blowing hai

    I have all videos and issues of my thar.. Mahindra engg were not able to resolve.. I am following you and sanskari sumit since years and with my experience I proved, now same issue in XUV 700.... Seems serious quality issue in mahindra

    Bhai, you can sense the traumatic experience these two had from their voice alone 🙌 I own a Ford, company has left India still post service even if you give a 9/10 rating you are bombarded with feedback calls from both dealer and central teams.
    Was planning b/w Scorpio N and Safari facelift, such B.S service never gonna opt for Mahindra.
    Bookings itni hai inke paas company walon ka dimag khrab ho gya hai 🤦‍♂️

    Being a lady i walk into the vw service center in Gurgaon and feel absolutely safe. I also go to the workstation to discuss issues with the boys. They all are very knowledgeable and helpful.. their service may be expensive but its absolutely worth it. We dont wait for days together for issues to be resolved and the parts are so reliable, we seldom have any breakdowns..and we never ever have to follow up.. they always call and inform.. nothing is worth risking our self respect and safety. Till india doesn't learn this, we stick to german.. our generation of educated youngsters dont believe in yelling, fighting, nagging or begging.. bro sell your thar and change to a German one..

    Dear I have xuv 500, thar and now xuv 700.... First all new thar operational issues defective vehicle i proved, the tyre pressure and rum were having issues, I them fought a lot and escalated to head offcie I still am insisting them to MAKE A RECALL and update all the thar they have given reference and regional Head MP and senior management... Mahindra management should take real experience... Sales and service both are now having issues... REGIONAL OFFICES AND DELAERSHIP are filtering and now the real mahindra fans are facing issues

    It's because of such dealers that certain brands don't do well in the long run ... and then no matter how hard they try, they cannot repair their tarnished image ... the biggest example is skoda whose dealers ripped customers off initially and now whatever 2.0 or 3.0 they get is not going to make any significant impact

    Had troubles with the Mahindra XUV 500, lot of issues with customer service and engine issues... This is one big reason why I had to choose a fortuner over Scorpio N.. I don't like Mahindra at all anymore.. mainly because of Service centre support

    Go with Hyundai , Maruti , Skoda and Toyota they respects their customers and treats them very politely....I have hyundai creta and brezza and my experience towards both the companies are just awesome they do everything little thing whatever we demand for our vehicles ❤️
    And yes say NO to TATA and MAHINDRA for some time....soon they will realize their mistakes

    There is one thing to notice. All these types of problems arising out in the car market is related to either TATA or MAHINDRA. As we Indians are now trying to buy Make in India cars, only to promote Indian manufacturers, but these companies have taken us for granted. I believe that we must ignore these car companies and avoid to buy their products just based on our nationalist feelings. Avoid Mahindra And Tata! Go for good products and Services!

    I own a XUV 500 since last 7 years ...and the experience has been generally very good ....but I have realised that there are few bad service stations ...pls take your vehicle to different service station...m sure ur issues should get resolved

    Bhai mera saath bhi huva hai. Engine off karte time pe agar engine cooling fan on hai to fan band hona ka wait karo ... agar aise hi band ki to next time gaadi start karoge to accelerate nahi hoti. ..

    लोग भारतीय ब्रांड खरीदना चाहते है लेकिन tata हो mhendra हो या मारुति।इनका रवैया सरकारी विभागों की तरह होता है।
    इससे अच्छी सर्विस विदेशी कम्पनी देती है।जो ज़्यादा महत्वपूर्ण है
