Appreciate it Noel. We were very impressed with the S20. Glad that Kingsong took the time to do it right and we have already heard about additional improvements before final units ship out.
@@RevRides360 from the video I've seen there isn't a whole lot that needs done. Power button needs something done with it and a few other things could make it darn near a sealed control board compartment with a few tweaks. Also it would be nice if they changed the plastic to something a little tougher
Great video all! I am personally a fan of the skit in the beginning haha. Loving so far what I’m seeing in posted videos and initial impressions. The aesthetics of the wheel has that motorbike styling that can potentially propel EUCs into the mainstream. Looking forward to checking out this wheel in person myself. Keep up the great work!
It will be great to see a wide variety of reviews after batch on is out ... looks pretty sweet so far ... great video and much thanks to RR & crew, Kelly & Mike.

Hey, one thing to correct on the wheel. The red pad guides are upside-down, putting the pads (especially the top one) at a bad angle. All the demo models have been coming like that. Just swap each of those red boomerang guides to the other side, and you'll be set ;D
The pads are on correctly per the design. Check and compare to Kingsong's website. The design could use some tweaking but they are not bad for stock pads. Best stock set up so far from any wheel.
That's a coil shock, it may have a fluid damper(the oil is pressurised with pneumatics, but it is an oil damper) , but that'd counted as a coil shock since the actual suspension and travel is provided by the coil you can clearly see....
It amazing how people look at the coil and still think it's an air shock. Yeah oil shock can have nitrogen charge to help the oil and shock work. The rod takes up space during compression where gas can compress but a liquid can not compress and occupy the same space. So the piggyback can have a bladder with gas, have a place for oil to go and use gas pressure to send oil back. The adjusting nobs open and close oil passages to adjust resistance. An air shock doesn't have a piggyback or coil. But uses gas pressure above oil to create spring and room for oil. This can be done with a free floating piston separating air and oil in the same tube.
What brand of helmet did Kelly have? I've been looking at TSG? But can't find a dealer to try one on and someone said he didn't think it was all that great. Does look cool though. Reminds me of the aliens in the movie "Battleship".
Sweet ride video. ) @REV Rides wanna sponsor me with one or two of the S20 for my future food delivery challenges? ) last summer 8k challenge I did 5000km in 1 month but with shermans. This summer or spring I could use 2xS20 for example ))) to ride 15h each day for 31 days and see how they will show themselves in the long run but in the short time )
Yeah send it!!’ This is what the Eagle is made for!!! Sending it hard that’s what I’ve been waiting to see Can’t wait till mine comes Hurry up Chinese holiday!! Lol I kid I kid
How is the suspension? how was sitting on it? How are the lights? Is the mud guard going to get in the way? Trolley handle height? How does weight ditribution feel? Are pads to constricting to various styles? Thanks for the look!
Great to see riders, riding the wheel, have you tried to cut the wheel out? I noticed during a freespin at max the spin seems to slow down in a controlled manner, I was wondering if at this point the wheel was still stabilizing? There was talk regarding cutout being addressed in the S20. Also any idea of real world riding range (hard and fast) the way the wheel will be ridden.
I would love to know if the app can change the function of the rear tail light. I want the option to change it to all red to coincide with local laws on the road.
RevRides better stock lots of plastic S20 parts because at least the preproduction units look mostly cheap plastic, especially front bumper, lights and on/off switch. Also, looks like it needs better/more weather proofing, especially the control board case. The ride quality looks very promising but a little surprised it doesn’t have more torque than the RST, it has a bigger motor and more volts so I assume the weight is affecting torque?
Dang if the S-20 had any more power it would probably fly off those jumps 🦅… or should I say “fall in style” The video stoked me up every time I’ve been patiently awaiting KS and this outrageously long process for the most outrageously hyped and beautiful wheel … that would be the case lol Great job guys! Keep sending it with love!
Finally, after scrolling for a few minutes I see first comment who noticed this. Everyone else is just a typical consumer. 0 thinking, only blind excitment
Thank you for this video. The music parts were way too loud x_x (good music choice though). Hope to see more s20 videos! Thank you for actual reviews and riding content lol
The stock S20 pads feel a little softer than that V3 Clark pads and do the job ok. A few minor changes will improve them greatly and we will give this feedback to Kingsong. Overall, our team mostly uses Clark Pads on our wheels and love them. We fully expect Clark to release S20 pads soon.
@@n8_EUC Hold up before you tell me I'm wrong. 😆 Look at 0:15 and then look at the renders on their website. Pay special attention to the tips of the boomerang. Do you see it now? So next problem is the boomerang isn't symmetrical, so if you put it on backwards the pads will be all crooked. It's been driving me nuts! 🤣 Electric Dreams even pointed it out and he worked for Kingsong!
@@UnidudeNine you are correct about the boomerang piece. Pads are on correctly. The boomerang piece has a long and short side and each side of the S20 has 2 sets of holes, one higher and one lower to screw on the boomerang which provide options for pad position and pad angle. I don't believe the boomerang pieces have a left or right. They can be mounted either side depending on the angle and height you want the power pads at.
@@n8_EUC 😏.. I don't know about that. 😂 I guess I'll find out when my wheel arrives. I guess why would you want that sharp pointy thing sticking out? Why not just go flat edge? Kingsong needs to say something about this.
@@UnidudeNine I swapped sides and the angle changes but now it sticks off the battery box on the top. Pad fitment could use some tweaking. Also the seat is too soft on the back so when you brake while seated the seat bends down and you feel like you're falling off the back. We're giving all this feedback and more to Kingsong. They have been very responsive but have limited time to make changes.

Good point about the styling for main stream. Certainly better than a suitcase looking EUC.
