Hi there, great video. I am a subscriber. How did you get the picture of the signature into SharePoint?

Greetings and thanks for asking. So you would add a button & submit the form to SharePoint. As the list would have an image field, the signature image would be submitted to this field along with the rest of the datapoints. Trust this help! Kind regards...

I can't seem to make this work with an excel backend, but maybe I'll try share-point lists.

Greetings and thanks for reaching out. Yes indeed, kindly use SharePoint. I'd not recommend using Excel as a datasource. Wish you the best! Kind regards, Sanjiv

Thank you for the video. How do I add the Signature to Form.valid, Displaymode. I want to make it a required column bfr submit.

Greetings and my pleasure Sir! One idea in this case is to make the field in the DB (SharePoint/DV etc) a required one. This way the form in PowerApps has a "star" that tells the user that this is a required field and does not let the user submit data. You can even show a message saying the signature is required. Trust this helps...kind regards

@@SanjivVenkatram Thank you. I have one more question sir. I have a flow that update all the fields to Template Populate Word document in Power Automate. And I'm unable to add the signature.

Greetings and most welcome. For that you'd need to store the signature in an image column. You then use get file content in power automate (after the trigger) and then pass this file content to your word document template (kindly add an image in your word template using the developer tab, the same way you've added text) and then create a new file. Should work without issues. Kindly let me know as to how you go. Kind regards...

    Hi,
If I use Power Automate in a Power Apps application where I will be sending a template PDF for signature to new users and, for example, I have 20,000 users, how much do I need to pay for the license? Do you have information on that? Thank you!

Greetings and thanks for asking. So licensing needs to be looking in the context of your firms enterprise agreement (EA) with MS. Kindly check with your IT procurement about this. Kind regards...

whats the function and formula on onselect property of "Approve" buttom

Greetings, thanks for reaching out and in this case the approve button does not do anything as the focus was on signatures. If you have to, I'd add a flow to the approve button and trigger an approval flow. You could then capture the approval and comments in SharerPoint/Dataverse and show this in a datatable in Power Apps. Trust this helps. Kind regards, Sanjiv
