There are tunes available for your 2.5t, but they will be different power gains, and highly advised to make sure your car is stage 0 or stage 1 ready with all preventative maintenance and basic repairs done.

Hey Kael. My downpipe is stock, my only exhaust mods is a removed resonator and muffler. As for a tune - I got my car tuned from ARD tuning who is no longer in business, but there are tons of great tuners out there for S60Rs.
Hey Peyton. Not at all, I got all of my 3 Volvos with over 100K miles and haven't had any major issues just the expected maintenance. But it all depends on prior ownership and a piece of luck too.
