Got a harness and leash for my cat 🐈. She flops on her side, like she is trying out for a western and is practicing getting shot. 🤣🤣🤣
😂 My late kitty had a harness and leash for our road trip across Canada. It took a few weeks before our trip to get him used to it but he mostly just liked to ride on my shoulder while outside.
I feel the same way about caffeine, I no longer want to rely on it. It was hard to give up, but worth it 👍 Congratulations on the medal! I have a Fitbit too but have never done a virtual race - sounds fun!

Yes they are! Always. I never shred raw, too much work and too much water.
I'm telling you.. go decaf tea. You can still enjoy your latte!

Thanks for so much dog in the videos - were the potatoes cooked before shredded or raw. So, the waffle iron does not have to be hot already?
I always cook my potatoes and cool in the fridge overnight before shredding. No, the waffle iron doesn't have to be heated before placing the shreds in.
How often can I do a pptato reset?

@@PotatoWisdom i seen to fail every diet i start due to my binding cause of my depression and anxiety and also not wanting to give up potatoes.i currently cut out all sugars and junks and I really want to stop eating meat which is the reason I wanna also do the starch solution
I suggest starting with a 4 week Potato Reset, since you love potatoes anyway. It's a smooth transition into the Starch Solution after a reset!
