If you've been told that you can't build muscle at 40, 50, or 60+ then please watch this video. I have clients into their 80s who continue to impress me everyday with their work ethic and their commitment to their health, so please don't use age as an excuse. Building, and maintaining lean muscle as yuou age is one of the crucial keys for improved health and a better quality of life!
I'm 65. Started lifting 1 year ago. No supps. 5'11, 180lbs. 2 meals a day. Approximately 2,000 calories. Biceps measured 12.5 inches when I started. Today, biceps measured 16 inches. Sagging chest is no longer sagging. You can definitely grow muscle in your senior years.
Wow, that's awesome growth! Thanks for sharing your success🔥🔥 And yes, you have proven that age doesn't matter when it comes to muscle growth as long as you stay dedicated to the process. Keep up the great work!
How are u growing muscle with 2000 calories eating 2x a week? Well I guess it does not matter how many times a day u eat as long as u get ur calorie newds
I’d never lifted weights before. At 74 I saw a need to build strength and bought a few dumbbells and some resistance bands. Your videos are helping me do this safely. Thanks!
Thank you so much for sharing that, Gary! Weight training counteracts muscle loss, strengthens bones, and maintains joint flexibility. It also aids in weight management, lowers blood pressure, and enhances cardiovascular health. Keep up the great work, and thank you for watching my video.
