    I'm 68 years old and have been doing some of your exercises. One thing I'd like to know is, when you work let's say shoulders, do you do all your shoulder exercise or should I rotate from shoulder to back to chest and then back to shoulder, back & chest? I do 3 sets of each before I change.

    Hey Gary is the last set, bent over raises, a tricon exercise?

      Hi Willie! No, the bent raises are standard sets. No TriCon. Just make sure you control the movement and don't use momentum when you are lifting and lowering the weights.
