    Like this work out. But I do arm on sat at the gym. I would like to do the other day at home with dumbbells. Can you adjust work out for that day.

    Gary, this looks great! I just started training arms 2x per week just a few weeks ago so it should be a smooth transition to your program.
    What do you suggest for pre & post pics and/or measurements?

      Awesome, Darik! Perfect timing. Do both💪🏼 Take flexed pictures and measurements cold (no pump) at the start of the program. Do the same pumped...
      Then take post pictures and measurements at the end of the 90 days.

    Do you have a substitute for cables

      Hi Rick! The best substitue for cables is going to be resistance bands. The resistance band can mimic many of the movements and training modalities similar to a cable machine. Both, cable machines and resistance bands provide variable resistance throughout the range of motion. This allows for constant tension on the muscle, promoting muscle engagement and growth.

    Hi Gary im currently doing three day a week full body. How do I fit this arm workout in? Maybe drop to two day a week full body?

      Hey, Trevor! Yes, you could do 2 full body workouts and plug these in, you can add a 4th day if possible to you weekly training program.
      Example: Chest and Back, Arms, Off, Legs, Sleeves (shoulders and arms), Off, Off
      OR
      Chest and Arms, Off, Legs and Shoulders, Off, Back and Arms, Off, Off
