what a beautiful and strong class taught by a beautiful and strong woman! It blows my mind that you are the same age as my mother and am confidently smiling while doing these classes with grace (mostly ;)) i can´t believe that i used to only do 30 minutes classes. That was fabulous. Tough, but good tough. I needed this so much today. I am in the coast of NC and had to evacuate due to Hurricane Florence. This morning I was so sad, and feeling down in a strange house waiting this storm out with so much uncertainty about my town, and my home. I brought my yoga mat and put this on. After not being able to practice for several weeks (my surfboard finned me in the back & I pinched a nerve near my right hip), I'm so happy to be able to move and bend and be challenged again. I remember over a year ago I couldn't go through the whole session because it was too challenging. Today I went through it without any stops and even managed to do my first clumsy side crow!! (finally figured out the balance) :) Thank you for this lovely practice!!

Hi, this was really good. side crow was not my thing. but you were awesome. I have one question. My hands and feet slip on my yoga matt a lot. because they are sooo flat and very hard. both my palms and sole of foot. i have a tennis elbow issue, and while doing this paractice sliped on my right palm and hurt my elbow tendon. though i did immediate tennis elbow yoga exercises that i learned from you tube. So what king of a matt you recommend that would provide enough resistant and grip so I dont slip. I loved this pracitce though it was tough but refereshing. :)
I've started getting up earlier so I can do these lovely longer classes- this felt soooo good today! I've also been liking to do one of your HIIT classes followed by a deep stretching class- I love the way it warms up my joints before a stretch! It would be great to see an hour class that starts out with some warming cardio then moves into flexibility-building poses. Thanks for your wonderful work!

Hey I started your 30 day yoga challenge a few days ago and I realy enjoy it.
What could I do after that? I really want to do the 90 days challenge but maby the exercises are to hard. Do you have any advices?
I'm now going through the 90 day fix for the fourth time. The first time I couldn't do most off the balance poses, I had to modify (chaturanga on my knees, taking breaks) but I stuck with it. I wanted to quit the first week but I had so many people encourage me to stick with it and modify, modify, modify! I'm so glad I did!!! Each time I go through the 90 day fix i can do more and I'm so much stronger Good luck to you!

The flow is too fast for me, by the time I've got one in/exhale you're already through to the next several movements. Otherwise it's a great practice. It's hard to actually breathe at my own pace and follow you.
