Even though I own a Meteor 350, I love the look of the Classic 350 and am a big fan of Royal Enfield!
I've got a Meteor 350. Seeing that a lot is common between the Meteor and Classic, I was hoping to see at least an honorary mention of Meteor being the first to carry out those ground breaking changes in the history of Royal Enfield.
But nothing really matters when its comes to the heart of Royal Enfield : Classic 350

I already bought one CLASSIC 350 RED CHROME Model two days ago last March 7, 2024 here in Cebu City Philippines Gorordo Branch.

I purchased classic 350 in year 2009 , one of the proud owner in chennai , precisely from thiruvottriyur !! The birth place of RE in India.. but sadly hell out of quality issues ,with in 3 days fuel tank got leaked. Still I am owning ,bearing the quality problems ,latest one swing arm shaft got broken during my drive at highways ,somewhat managed brought the byk safely to home, Hope RE overcame all this sort of reliability , quality issues...

Love received from India to Royal enfield is more than one could ask for. Yet, quality of bikes for domestic market and import quality is different at length. Understanding the price sensitivity of indigenous market a consumer should be given a choice to choose from.
I saw it up close yesterday and its pros are the new engine, lower seat height and the contoured rider seat and the fatter tyres. What I don't like is the design seems lacking something and I can't put my finger on what exactly it is. The outgoing Classic has probably the best lines ever put on a retro bike. I wish they had kept the design and put the new engine with as little modifications as possible. I'd even say the new instrument cluster seems tad bit cheap compared the all rotary dials of the current Classic.
Well I'll still be riding my Classic 500 Stealth Black for as long as it lasts. 🤘
No other brand comes close. Jawa, Honda should be very worried now.
Why would Honda be worried?
They are the biggest worldwide.
Their main selling market is not India.
@@ekimandersom4478 well I was referring to the Indian market where they have launched a retro bike called the CB350. Of course it doesn't have an impact on Honda's other products whether in India or worldwide.

If not in India then elsewhere in Asia where people are huge Honda fans.
Anyway it is their budget model made in India, they can sell for premium in other countries.
Same as RE is selling their bikes for double the price abroad.

Great bike. Why is it that video footage is showing a seat plus pillon and most stills are single seat? Can you just take it off and be good to go?
You can opt for a two seater. The pillion seat doesn't come off I think

the design is exactly as same as the old ones. If u still dont agree go and see autocar and zigwheels video. the vibrations are not there as in bs6 or other older classics. the new model is completely refined

Give glossy black as choice
In new classic with black colour you killed the classic feel with vinyl who want such vinyl. Glossy black with simple royal Enfield logo without vinyl. chrome finish engine and silencer is awesome.
Please remove that vinyl in black colour more people like simple one like you gave in grey with simple logo.Glossy always gives luxury feel with reflection
