For those health nuts (that’s me sorta too) : you can sub the milk for any plant based milk, sub condensed milk with dates but it will make the mixture a weird brownish colour if you don’t mind that. You can also add coconut cream for extra creaminess or Greek yogurt.

In Brazil we call it Vitamina de Abacate, if you freeze the avocado and blend it with just a splash of milk you'll get an ice cream :)

i love avocado smoothie😍😍 you can also add pieces of ground almonds. it makes it even tastier. First grill a little bit the almonds in a pan and then blend them into pieces not to much. Believe me it will tast good!!

I’m Indonesian, growing up this is the only way I know how to consume avocado. Bc raw eating it self as a fruit is not pleasant, so adding condensed milk is a must. When I grew older and discovered that ppl eat their avocado the savory way was blew my mind 😂

As a Filipino, I always thought of avocados as "dessert" fruit. It took quite a lot of getting used to putting avocados on savory things. Guacamole sounded and tasted so weird when I first tried it.
You can also make this into ice candy/Popsicles. My fave ice cream back home is avocado.

As mexican, we use avocado for sauce, guacamole and overall to eat with savory food so to me seeing avocado in a milkshake or with sweet things is strange. Never tried anything sweet with avocado in it, my brain says I shouldn't hahaha
I’m Filipino, too. I grew up making avocado shakes for dessert, too. It was so simple: avocado, milk, and sugar. As I got older, it was always a surprise to me to hear that people never had avocado as a sweet flavor.
