Korean Air's bibimbap meal at economy class is incredible! Absolutely didn't regret going for this option against the Western one. Basically the best food I have ever had on an airline.
I've been on countless business class flights and the economy bibimbap on korean air never fails to amaze me. It's so simple and delicious, as well as being healthy and having a good portion size. Absolutely love it.
As a cabin crew myself, I can just say from a professional perspective, that the woman in this video is a true gem to her company. I would love to have a colleague like her!
pay matters. The reason why Korean Air is costly, compared to other airlines, and cheap ones like AA or Delta, is because they not only pay their cabin crews in high amounts, but also treat the customers the best. AA and Delta sucks ..Its cheap for a reason

Sam paying his respects for the queen of the skies. The plane that first flew 52 years ago. I am from Seattle and have only flew on one 747 in 1977. You're very fortunate Sam.
I have flown many 747s but never been to Seattle! Would love to visit though, although I’d bet the weather isn’t much better than where I live haha (Jämtland).
Thank you. I was waiting for this ride for quite some time and have to make out of my way from the West coast to Atlanta to get on the 747. Indeed, I feel fortunate.
Sam, that indeed was first class. I love the polite crew members who all have pride, respect, honesty, charm, poise and respect. What a great group to fly with. WOW!
My first ever business class experience was flying on Air Korea in 2019... Brisbane to Seoul and Seoul to JFK, B777 and A380. Korean Air really was amazing services and the food was amazing, quantity and quality so much food. Only thing that lacked was their entertainment, was lack of content though. But still enough to entertain me for 24hrs in a plane.
I’ve been watching Korean’s ATL-ICN route ever since Korean replaced their once per day SFO-ICN 747-8 with two daily 777-300s. SFO was the first route served when Korean introduced their 747-8 service and I had the great opportunity to take it once. Even a follow on leg on another 747-8 to HKG. Simply the best and most beautiful commercial aircraft ever built!
17:49 What a beautiful machine. Nice to see the inside of a new 747-8 the windows on the upper deck at the top of the staircase look amazing. Korean Air is the only airline in the world who is a major component supplier to both Boeing and Airbus. Back in the day they used to make parts for the 747-400.
Haha, i used to be so confused when i landed at my tiny hometown Gimhae airport in Busan and see 2 747s just sitting there. I learned 10 years later that was there used to supply parts
All cabin crews in this video are so beautiful and friendly!! They seems to serve the wonderful professional work to make all passengers feel comfortable even in a night time. Not just their great work, their services also look really attractive! That Bibimbap meal is what I want to try someday. This cool video makes me feel more to take Korean Airlines!!!
Korean Air is always a delightful flight. Planes are spotless and the Korean flight attendants effortlessly make one feel welcome, regardless of the class of service.
They are the mask police. The entire country is double jabbed and their heads explode if your mask drops below your nose...it's nonstop harassment actually. Wear your diaper at all times, just like communist china
What an experience, I love the fact that the Korean Flight Attendance was so realistically kind, always smiling, and they were so polite in general. One of my biggest concerns about eating unfamiliar other nations' dishes is that I do not know how to eat those foods properly as the native people based on the origin of the foods, and I actually got happy when I saw that kind professional flight attendant was helping you to instruct you how to eat their Korean food properly as it should be. Wow! Good Job Koean Airline.

Sam you always command such great service from airline crews. You have such excellent communication skills. Something a lot of people could learn. 10/10
Dude...even though 1st class is incredibly expensive (but hey there are ways to get around that!!) This flight alone i feel was completely worth it just for the flight crew and the cabin attendants. What a service and so good people to have on the flight. I must say after watching probably 100's of flight videos if not 1000's i feel this crew just made the whole flight worth taking. Anyone who works on an airplane EVERY day on their shift needs to be in the spotlight for all the hard work they do to make their passengers feel at home in every way and pampered. For once in a video i did not focus on the suite or anything in the airplane itself more on the service and the hospitality of korean air wich was supreme.

Thank you so much for taking me on the 747. I love this plane. it was fantastic to fly first class. the ticket is probably very expensive? Greetings from Switzerland
Meanwhile, I'll be flying with Ryanair next week just dreaming of this kind of quality 😂
He truly is the nicest reviewer. I love how he is excited like a child always!

Sleeping / Lounging right under the Pilot's Cockpit - Wow. Sam can get a glimpse view forward as the 747 flies it's route to Korea

Bi bim bap in economy?? Korea for the win! So cool, man. Cheers from NYC 🥂
Thanks SAM! I always have wondered how KAL does inflight service... looks exceptional! Proud to be an AVgeek!
Those two are such great ladies. They really love what they do...and it shows.
always more pleasanting to see sam's airline video compared to others in youtube 👍👍👍
미모와 지성 그리고 친절까지 갖추신 대한항공 승무원들이 인상적이네요~^^
Amazing flight reviews, im a fan of you since 2 years ago..👍👍
A cool flight, with great food and service all in the Queen of the skies. What's not to love. Thanks for sharing, Sam. From the UK
I loved this! Brought back memories of traveling to Korea for the first time, to teach English at a kindergarten in the early 2000's. I remember having the Bibimbap on board for the first time and not knowing that I needed to mix it all together with the Gochujang 😂. Great airline Korean Airlines and Great country to live in. Gotta go back one day and hopefully catch up with my former students. ❤✈🇰🇷
Did the exact same thing with my Bibimbap in June 2000! Treated each part as a separate item😂 man they were good days
I've seen that plane fly over my house a few times when it flies the PENCL2 departure off the west flow (i.e. flying towards Cartersville from Atlanta). From the ground in Kennesaw, most of the planes look like blips with wings, but when that one flew over, it was graceful, distinctive and looked like it was in charge!
same in marietta you can hear it from inside the home and you’ll know when it’s korean air!
I flew korean air around 8-10 years ago and it was the best experience I ever had in economy
