McDonalds - Michael Jordan (American Basketballer)

Michael Jordan, born on February 17, 1963, is widely regarded as one of the greatest basketball players of all time. He was born in Brooklyn, New York, and grew up in Wilmington, North Carolina. Jordan attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he played basketball under coach Dean Smith and won a national championship in 1982.
In 1984, Jordan was selected by the Chicago Bulls as the third overall pick in the NBA draft. He quickly rose to prominence, earning the nickname "Air Jordan" for his incredible leaping ability and spectacular dunks. Jordan's scoring prowess, defensive skills, and competitive nature made him a dominant force in the NBA.
During his illustrious career, Jordan won six NBA championships with the Chicago Bulls and earned five regular-season MVP awards. He also won two Olympic gold medals as a member of the United States men's basketball team, in 1984 and 1992.
Jordan retired from basketball three times, first in 1993, then again in 1999, and finally in 2003. He briefly pursued a career in baseball during his first retirement but returned to the NBA each time. After his playing career, Jordan became a successful businessman and owner of the Charlotte Hornets NBA team.
