I have been impressed with my Masterbuilt Electric Smoker. Pork loin and beef rolls turn out great. I have also smoked hind quarters of beaver 🦫 absolutely my favorite. If you want to turn any of it to a pulled meat I put it in an insta pot with 1cup apple juice for 30 min. Pull and add your favorite BBQ sauce. Keep SHARING your PASSION
Sounds delicious and thanks for watching Boxie Outdoors! I agree, the Masterbuilt Electric Smoker can smoke up some tasty “Q” & the ease of operation is fantastic! Keep stopping by and I’ll keep sharing the passion! Happy Smoking Brother 👍🏻
Thanks for stopping by and watching Ron! Pumped you like the video & found it useful! If not already please subscribe to my channel and check out my other Masterbuilt electric smoker videos…Happy Smokin 👍🏻
Very nice video. I too have a Masterbuilt electric smoker. I have had great results with mine but our favorite is BBQ Ribs. We have smoked ribs, salmon and pork roast. All of these have turned out great. Using different flavor of wood chips is a nice way to vary the taste.
I couldn’t agree more Robert! Here’s a video I did hanging ribs on meat hooks in the Masterbuilt Electric Smoker and loved the results…great texture and bark much like a stick burner would do. Thanks for watching Brother & Happy Smokin 👍🏻!
Very nice presentation. I also like the fact that these Masterbuilt smokers seem to be quite a bit cheaper than, say, the Pit Boss smokers. I'm pretty new to smoking, but I think I'm about ready to try one of these bad boys, I mean the pork loin. I do have a pellet smoker, but I know it should work just fine for a pork loin. Thanks again, and I'm wondering if the rub you put on there is your own recipe. Marc T.
Thanks for watching Marc! Yep, these Masterbuilt electric smokers are really good & you can’t go wrong by ordering one! Yes the BBQ rub in this video is my personal recipe and is available online at bakersbbq.net/ or in select stores in southeast Missouri. If not already, please subscribe to my channel and like the video…Happy Smokin 👍🏻
Very well done… looks really good. Not disrespecting video as you know there’s always someone who has to see the smoke ring. People can use a product called Tender Quick made by Morton. Sprinkle as usual the amount of salt to your preferred amount, leave on about 1 hour refrigeration, wash off pretty good then apply your preferred seasoning and smoke to your preference. Once done nice done with a impressive smoke ring rough necks desire.
Thanks for the feedback and for watching, Daniel! I am aware of tender quick but didn’t have any on hand at the time of shooting this video. I will try to have some for the next time 👍🏻

I just purchased a Masterbulit Electric Smoker today. Looking forward to cooking on it. Excellent looking pork butt BTW!!!
Thanks, and welcome to the world of Masterbuilt Electric Smokers! It will turn out some pretty tasty BBQ 👍🏻
Looks good. I just picked one up the other day so and have yet to use it. Do you add water/juice etc to the water pan while it’s heating up?
Hi Erin, thanks for stopping by and watching! Yes, I typically add liquid to the water pan when heating up 👍🏻
When you let it sit for 45 min, do you cover in aluminum foil to retain heat?
Typically I lightly tent it in foil to allow the steam to release but it is still warm when served. Thanks for watching 👍🏻!
@@BakersBBQ Awesome, thanks! I am trying my first pork loin this weekend.

Got my pork loin ready to go. How much water do I put in the water pan?
Thanks for watching! I usually put in 3-4 cups or bring it up to the fill line in the water pan.
@@BakersBBQ Super quick response! My smoker is preheating now! Thanks so much!
