I saw in your video that you had at the same time connected the Bluetooth (phone to ottocast) and at the same time WiFi from hotspot from the same phone for the other apps (UA-cam,iptv etc). In my car I have to choose between the Bluetooth conection (CarPlay) and hot spot WiFi for UA-cam. They seem to auto disconnect each other. What am I doing wrong?
I understand your question but unfortunately won't be able to clarify, as I don't own an iPhone (and it's a long story trying to get my wife's iPhone off her to test it... 😉). I was definitely able to have both working at the same time as an Android phone user. Hoping you'd be able to get your question answered by the other viewers maybe, or if you ask it in the comments to other people reviewing the same Ottocast model? (sorry)
I can't see why not. My Subaru Outback has wireless carplay and AA and connects automatically, but I use these things (to test them) in my car all the time. The only thing to keep in mind is that you'd need to unpair your default wireless connection to the built-in car system, otherwise they'll compete with each other and the confusion is hard to predict.

It is a piece of shit product! It is slow, it lags and the audio fra the AIbox lags when watchin videos. I regret having wasted so much money on this crap.

U2AIR Pro is Carplay only and "no smarts". This thing offers you a lot more. You decide which one is better for you! 😉

It should work on anything with a functioning *wired* Android Auto or Apple Carplay and a not broken infotainment screen with USB connector

Well at least you've shared your experience here, it's a shame that it didn't work for you - maybe the problem is your car's built-in infotainment?
