I’ve realized that in theater mode the flashlight feature will automatically go to the less intense red light without having to swipe over to it. It was handy when my wife and I were visiting her sister last weekend and I needed to navigate the dark bedroom and through the dark hallways without disturbing anyone👍🏼👍🏼
I had a couple issues with the Ultra when I tried it on and it was just to large for my wrists as I have small wrists. The second issue I had when I tried it on as I was in long sleeves and I could not cover the watch under the sleeve. This watch is not marketed towards the lifestyle I live and being retired I just got a 41 MM series 8 GPS only. I did not need all the fancy and expensive features the Ultra has. I did need something to monitor my heart due to an issue and I wanted something to monitor my sleep anyway. The basic watch is what I got for the reason I have my iPhone with 99% of the time anyway and to pay for a cell plan on the watch I just could not justify. The thing is it is highly informative to have all the information that the UA-camrs do put out in the videos and I do appreciate the effort and time taken to make these videos. As far as buying what model watch is still up to the person.
I’m here in “the States”. You can definitely customize the action button. There are quite a few videos that show this. My action button now invokes a shortcut to a third-party stopwatch, because I hate the Apple stopwatch. Works terrific. Good video!
I actually love your home office, reminds me of an engineering lab more of! Do you have a tour? I think you should give a tour and link the parts! for sure! home lab! engineering!
Optimise charging just like on an iPhone slows charging down significantly after 80% and learns your routine so it can charge the watch to 100% right before you need it but it doesn’t limit its charge to 80%😂
You’re obviously an Apple Watch pro haha, but I changed the orientation of mine years ago and have my Digital Crown facing the arm instead of hand, AND with the alpine loop, or trail loop, or any of the loops, the side that loops over to secure the band to your wrist goes to the thumb side of the wrist. What a GAME CHANGER 😎 try it, if you hate it thats cool hahaha. Sending good vibes from Winnipeg, just became a new subscriber 💪

I think the alarm will go off if the battery is less than 30%. However, it assume your watch will be busy whilst you are asleep and may completely drain. Might be worth a test?
Make sure the shortcuts app is on the watch I had a problem accessing the compass until I found out that I had deleted it from my phone so the watch did not have it either.
Nice video..When the ultra watch battery will last a week , then I will buy it . After all , its a lot of money , we should be entitle to get a watch with a battery last a week at least . For me it's a deal breaker .:))))
@ Zander Round. I am not refuting your first point, but I've never really understood the logic behind how batteries degrade less over time if you don't fully charge it. Shouldn't it be a situation where the less you charge a battery, the longer it should last over time? I am pretty certain the research is out there. I will have to look into it seeing I've heard this before.
All batteries have limited number of lifespan aka the charge cycle. If you charge the battery 0-80 3-4 times, maybe it will only consume 1 charge cycle. If you charge the battery 0-100, it is equal to 1 charge cycle

You can use the action button in sleep mode if you disable in settings/focus/sleep/customize screens/options/sleep screen.

Shortcuts will appear as an option for the action button only when you have created a shortcut that is available for Apple Watch on your iphone.
It took me a lot of Googling to discover this! I would have thought Apple would let us know as it makes the Action Button about 1000x more useful!

I bought the SE as a paying method. Easiest 2% with apple pay. Everywhere I go no taking out wallet or or phone.
Pretty sure the alarm still works if the battery is below 30%. Sleep tracking however is disabled when below 30%
My Sleep tracking its not disabled at 12%

Certainly not. 100% and in economy mode I reach 2,5 days, basically just like Apple stated it. Nothing magic here
