    I just got my Kamado Joe a week ago and I made this for my first lamb dish (only third time using the kamado) and it was great! My wife was raving about how tender and juicy it turned out. Thanks!

      Hi mate this was a Petromax skillet I used in this cook. Its not an official KJ one
