  • Whenever I say to my friends that i consume unflavoured plant and whey protein , I get reply - Its tastelss , no flavour , its yuk and all .. but what i see is the protein content and the clean quality I get. In this video I thought of sharing some tips that I use myself to turn unflavoured protein to home made naturally flavoured using some basic ingredients that is generally available at home. ... So certainly, there are various ways to make unflavored plant protein more enjoyable and tasteful for yourself. Watch this video for ideas

      Sure, added to my list , but can you provide some input on why you want Iron supplement .. ?
      Do you have deficiency ?
      Try eating food first which is rich in Iron ..

    Sir itni videos dkh k confuse hora hu ki 1500 k budget m best plant protein konsa acha h with good amino profile and authentic. Kindly suggest a good brand

      I generally recommend Naturaltein , Origin Nutrition and Cosmix plant protein as they are clean and high quality ... Also eat protein rich veg food .. so dont depend only on protein powder as nothing can replace food .. thanks

      Hello , I dont see full list of ingredient on any website .. so difficult to comment .. but it does contains Sucralose as artifical sweetener which I dont prefer .. Stevia or monk fruits was a better option as sweetener .. thanks

      @@PowerOfNutrition I also thought the same bro but when I selected the travel pack option then I saw the ingredients there is a whole bunch of list but everything I felt is natural but still wanted to get an opinion from you. Please share your email if you are ok I will send the screenshot of the ingredients available or you can see it directly when you select the travel pack option in the plantigo plant protein product section.

      Hello ,, To increase your methionine intake, you can incorporate rice into your diet. Both white rice and brown rice contain methionine, but brown rice generally has slightly more because it retains the bran and germ layers where most of the nutrients are found.
      On your question regarding the amount, there isn't a specific "daily dose" of methionine, as your amino acid needs depend on various factors such as age, weight, and overall diet. .. eating a balanced diet that includes a variety of protein sources can help ensure you get an adequate amount of all essential amino acids, including methionine...
