HOW TO DOWNLOAD AND SET UP THE MY BMW APP

So this is my first 'How-To' style video so hopefully I managed to explain things well! I know that some of my viewers own BMW's so I wanted to make this video to ensure you knew about the My BMW App, how to download it and most importantly how to set it up so that you are getting the most out of your BMW.

Hey Grace , I have given my VIN number it’s found my car but it doesn’t show me any features like yours (unlocking car etc). It says ‘no active subscription’. Can you help please?
