“I’d rather cry into a pizza than cry into a pillow” got me cos so true !! I recently went through a breakup and it is hands down the worst thing I’ve ever gone through (and am still going through) so i feel your pain and hope you’re okay❤️❤️ it’s so amazing seeing you push yourself to go out and do things it honestly took me months to do that, you have such a strong mindset that will get you through this!! I can’t imagine how hard the past few days have been but hopefully by now you’re home and surrounded by friends and family 🫶🏻 Break ups are the worst but being away from the most important people and the constant of “home” must have made it so much harder. It’s amazing that you stayed in Italy and kept going even when you were feeling so awful. “I’d rather cry into a pizza than cry into a pillow” needs to be every girl’s break up mantra 💪🏻 Safe travels home lovely and keep smiling - you are so beautiful inside AND out 😘😘

Oh Holly, this is exactly what I’m going through right now and it is the worst feeling. I know I’ve made the right decision, but there are still many days where I find myself crying and missing this person. But like you, I haven’t been feeling like myself and even though I really like this person it just isn’t right.
Stay strong, lean on your friends, and take it one day at a time. 💕

Reaching out to let you know you aren’t alone. I found out just a few days ago, someone I’ve been seeing for 6 years now is having a baby with someone else. In just a few minutes my world and so many memories and emotions came crashing down on me. Unfortunately we’re left broken and hurt and we have to be the ones to somehow fix ourselves, and I just wanted to say you don’t have to do it alone. This video couldn’t have came at a better time for me and I hope we can get through this together. You’re so strong, and beautiful and one day you’ll be so proud of the women you’ve become because something so heartbreaking taught you how to be there for yourself. Thank you for going through this with us and allowing others to see you so vulnerable. 🩷

Thinking of you and it's absolutely okay to cry. I always see situations like this as a roller coaster where you can't get off until its over and you have to ride the emotional roller-coaster until it naturally comes to a stop. You have got this and I believe you'll tackle each day as it comes untill you realise its getting better ❤ x
Aw Holly :(. It’s been many years since my last break up at this stage but I can remember and relate to that real visceral pain and loneliness that’s so obv here. But it WILL pass, allow yourself the dips but keep focusing on those small wins and laughs and before you know it you’re out the other side. You’re fab x

A travel recommendation: bring a collapsible backpack in your suitcase. That way you can put clothes in there and make extra space in your suitcase for whatever you get on the trip. And it fits in overhead bins with no concern of anything breaking (as long as you just put clothes in there!)
