Holly! I so appreciate the chats about PMS, I think it's so helpful to normalize feeling like that on our cycles. Something that helped me a lot was learning that my PMS was actually PMDD, just something to consider for anyone who resonates with having horrible PMS symptoms!!
I love that you’ve gotten into hockey a bit! I am a hockey mom! I have 2 teens boys who play! Heading to a game in an hour 😂😂 I haven’t been to a Kings game but would love to get to one! We used to host their farm team, the Monarchs, about 45 minutes from me here in NH and we had season tickets every year but they aren’t here anymore. It’s so fun! Better than going to any other sports game. When they score and the whole place erupts and it rumbles your insides, it’s the best feeling!

Aw Holly! Just wanted to say that making that move away from home is tough but so so rewarding! I moved from Aus to the UK and it is rough when you miss home especially when it's so far away.
Remember why you are where you are and you are a champion for doing it!

I moved to LA 6 months ago to the day and still get unexpectedly choked up when I talk about missing my family, too 😢 they’re 2500 miles away, but I get the same guilt around how much I do love this change. I hope you start up a run club out here, would love to connect with more fitness girlies that are new to the area!

GO KINGS GO!! Made me so happy to see you share the Kings game footage! I'm a Penguins fan obvs here in Pittsburgh, but my fave player (former Penguin) was Luc Robitaille, and he originally played for the Kings. So when he got traded back there in the 90s, I used to use my old dial up internet to listen to the Nick Nickson broadcast livestream of Kings games on AOL at like 11pm eastern haha. Luc had already retired by the time we moved to Los Angeles, but we still went to see Kings games, and I always wore his jersey! (And tickets were super cheap for great seats then because they weren't any good those years haha.)
I think the flower arrangement looks fantastic!! I am impressed!
Honestly PMS lenses… I think you could simply cosplay for the fun of it for a day to kill that feeling off 🤣🤣I remember when I was much younger (and hormonal) that I cosplayed in my room for hours and that helped me feel so much better for some reason 🥰
Something about putting on some thick makeup for absolutely no reason, doing my hair and dressing up differently just made me realise that looks can be drastic, fun and temporary ❤

@@kecrn4132 the chocolate brownie one. It’s good in the oatmeal. I haven’t tried it mixed in Greek yogurt yet, and I haven’t made a smoothie/shake yet. I just got it Saturday.

Holly, you look absolutely gorgeous n stunning n have come such a long way and like settled in freaking 3 weeks! That is truly remarkable!! N with no help! Helloo lol. You should be extremely proud of everything you have achieved n no dwelling on your own image cuz we are our worst critic, meanwhile everyone else is going, wow Holly looks so fabulous n everyone is asking abt what products you use etc! No kidding 😬
As for missing family, m the same as you , guilty when having too much fun but they are fine, you get to enjoy this cuz you worked so hard for it n they want to see you happy! Perhaps book a ticket to London when you can n anticipation of going n seeing them would make you feel better:), you got this!!

Hii lovely I’m sorry hear the PMS is PMSIng 😭 it is nothing but horrendous. Something that really helped my and seems to have stopped the whole 2 week PMS and has narrowed down to 2 days before my period it’s Maca root powder it just add it to my protein shakes / you can take tablets too xx

I’d recommend trying grocery shopping at Jewel if there’s one near you! I’d say it feels similar to Sainsbury’s (I loved Sainsbury’s when I lived in the UK temporarily for this reason 🤣)
Beautiful video holly and l know what you mean about PM's mine l used to get it every 2 weeks then l took Marin and now l had to take it out. Emotions play a big part with PM's but yes l understand what you mean.
