As an introvert, I do get tired of being alone all the time, but at the same time it's hard for me to be surrounded by people. I just need small shots of social interractions at regular intervals.
As someone who has always had a love for art forms, you make me want to try my hand at videography SO badly. I’ve been feeling kind of burnt out because I’m double majoring in psychology and sociology so I haven’t been creating much of anything, but every time I watch one of your videos I can feel that itch to create something and I love it so much.
it's month 6 of solo backpacking for me and all this is spot on!! it's about striking the balance between pushing yourself out of your comfort zone and seeking comfort when you need it, and between reaching out to family and friends back home, connecting with new people, and relishing the freedom of being alone and anonymous. two practical tips: 1. always visit the tourism office. free maps, quick way to see what's new or recommended to see in a city, and a guaranteed friendly face who (usually) speaks english and is always very knowledgeable! 2. look into homestays and volunteering! not always glamorous, but a great great way to experience a culture from an insider point of view. also more or less forces you to connect with new people if you (like me) really struggle socially and are looking to improve in that regard

You"re a version of my self that I wish I had been when I was younger and you're inspiring me to live that dream version of my self now. Thank you thank you thank you sweet Linh. I'm sure your life is far from "perfect" but that's not even the point, getting to witness someone special like you grow and thrive in their own ways is a gift. When I go swing dancing, I almost always show up alone. You're switching partners every song, so there is always someone to dance with. :) I went to Florence last year as well and it was really cool seeing some of the spots i visited through your eyes! ☺️

I also had intances where I called my parents and best friends just to show them where i was and chat with them while i was in a cafe❤
Hey Linh, I am a swing dancer and in my dancing club in Oslo, we all dance with each other. We stand in a big circle and change partner every few minutes. Sometimes we also do a messy partner change, just for the fun of it. :D The point is, even couple dances can be more of a socialising opportunity and very much so a place where you can join on your own. Try it out, if you feel like it ;)
linh you are the most prettiest and sensible person i have ever seen, i love you really everything thing you do and the way you portray it its amazing and beautifu..... a lot of blessings and love to you.......................being a good social person i always like to or tend to be more in me and my world and believe me the more painful being alone looks in starting the more pretty it becomes afterward.....

I'm solo traveling to Korea this August and I'll stay for almost 9 month! I've never been outside my home country (Germany) and I've never traveled alone... I'm really excited but it's also a bit scary
This video is coming at such a good time, i'm thinking about travelling next august or september, for the first time since i went to italy in 2017! And it would be my first travel experience without my parents or a school group, only with a friend! We're trying do decide where to go, but there's just so many places i want to visit!! My dream would be japan, but i'm not ready for that yet hahaha
