    A private cheif is that the same as a private dancer i do love the great use of words in this though
    saute, opake, fragrant, and finaly worcestershire the best as i live in this quaint place excelent video and wonderful use of the queens English Keep up the super work

    Nice recipe. Sometimes I'm in a hurry and just throw together a sauce that does not require cooking. Ready to use in very little time that way but it may lack the subtle complexity of your cooking method.

    I would use garlic powder and onion powder. I would also add paprika and molasses.

    Can I use normal vinegar instead of apply sider vinegar?
    And how long can I store this sauce?

    0:37 This is the first time I heard the word "opaque" used in cooking.

      also used incorrectly.... Onions start out opaque, they become translucent when you cook them.

    Fine video, but one thing: When doing the onions, you said cook them until "opaque." Uncooked onions are already opaque. I think you may have meant translucent. I could be wrong.
