WARRANTY NIGHTMARE!!! - My Hobie Pro Angler 14 Mirage Drive 360 failed on the water after 6 months!

Still waiting for a replacement drive from Hobie but they are not providing me any information on when I might potentially receive a replacement drive. The warranty department is ran by one person who is ALSO doing customer support and they are clearly understaffed in multiple departments. I expect MUCH better customer support and service from the company that has the most expensive Kayaks on the market!
