  • This ancient Chinese meditation dates back to 7th or 8th century from the five main Taoist meditation practises. It seeks to explore Visualisation which can often help to overcome personal challenges. Visualisation is a powerful tool in changing your mindset, feelings and behaviour.
    This practise aims to journey inward to explore the 5 main organs of the body. Identifying them each by colour, feeling, emotion and by their corresponding element.
