    I work 7/12 and I stay late everyday. I am late everyday but I stay like 2 hours late everyday and pilot wants 21 licenses. It’s my 3rd week and my first deployment. So I close like a claim a day. Empathy and non contact will get you dnr for sure.

      @dominquelucas4971 I’m thinking about going to pilot for employment. Do they give you time to get the licenses, because I know they make you work long hours.

    EVERY freaking thing he said is TRUE...and TRUST NOONE...you cannot win! That is why you see adjusters jump from job to job hoping to be treated better..Me? I adore the NI's...I just need a great training program. But he is absolutely correct...not to mention funny...lol..take care all..

    How many licenses do u have and what do you need to get it going on your own amd if you run your own how are u getting buiness?

    • @insuranceadj101
      @insuranceadj101  2 роки тому

      When I got started, I got five. Then as I stayed on a deployment, I got the necessary ones. I got mines either through Sircon or NIPR.com. I do not run my own business.

    can you get your license and get a job as an insurance adjuster if you have a petit theft misdemeanor that happened in 2018 when I was 19 years old? Im 23 now and I have not had any offense since and I have a college degree from University of Florida

    • @insuranceadj101
      @insuranceadj101  2 роки тому +1

      You'd have to check your state's laws but a misdemenaor should be okay.

    when you say get more licenses you're talking about different states correct?

    • @insuranceadj101
      @insuranceadj101  2 роки тому +2

      Absolutely. When you start off, you want the five the teacher tells you to get. As you do more work, you want to get more licenses so you can increase your pay.

    Can you work in 1 location (ie Nebraska) and stay in that location and not have much travel?

    • @insuranceadj101
      @insuranceadj101  2 роки тому +2

      Absolutely you can! As long as you have a home state license, you're good to go. Nebraska doesn't require a license to do claims there but you'll want the top 10 licenses to actually get work.

    Question: I live in Va and do not see pre-licensing course for my state, could I get licensed and do work for another state even tho I live in Virginia?

    • @insuranceadj101
      @insuranceadj101  Рік тому

      Yep! You can make Florida your DHS (designated home state): adjusterpro.com/virginia-insurance-claims-adjuster-license/

    I'm completely new to this space and don't really understand some terms, i'm a game developer and a quick learner tho so that's not my problem, II just want to know if the $97 course is enough for me to get started. or id be better off getting the bundle. would really love to get some direction so i dont end up going about it the wrong way being that i'm completely alone

    • @insuranceadj101
      @insuranceadj101  2 роки тому +1

      Smoovio, I understand how you feel about that. I'm a video/media producer and I felt the same way. Stephen told me I would get it once I keep putting in the work and constantly ask for help. People in the industry ACTUALLY want you to succeed. The $97 course will help you get into the industry while the bundle will help you not only get in, but will also help you understand how to handle a claim and how to read the policy in a clear manner.
      One thing I will guarantee is if you do everything in either guide, you WILL have a major ROI. A lot of it can and probably will be overwhelming in training but after enough practice, you'll get it. The best thing about working as an IA is you're your own boss and you can work when and wherever you want.
