In the long run it does cause the issue of muscle imbalance, to counter that you can switch your mix grip from time to time. I'd recommend that you should try multiple grips and stances for performing deadlifts, it is going to make your body more fluent in every position.

There is an easy fix to that. It will cause imbalance in long run if you practice deadlift weekly. The fix to this is keep alternating the grip like if your right hand was supinated the next week deadlift with left hand supinated.

Swith your grip every set. Use the most dominant grip for the top set. You won't face any issues
