From one UA-camr to another, THANK YOU SO MUCH for making an Nvidia LDAT alternative. I’m most likely going to be buying your OSLTT. If I wanted to test different Windows tweaks and in-game settings, that would be the better option over the OSRTT correct? I’m seriously considering doing videos on the OSLTT/OSRTT because not enough people know that they exist and the more people that test everything, the better we can optimize. What's the current shipping time to California from the UK after purchase? (I saw they’re hand made so even more props dude!) Also, PLEASE start using timestamps in your videos. I say that with as much love as possible as I just watched +5 of your videos where it could’ve been insanely helpful. Yes it is slightly better, having DCI P3 Colors range of 98% compared to 90% and it's brighter with 400cd/m² compared to 300cd/m² and this one has 160Hz compared to 144Hz, but that's not noteworthy THis Monitor has no Audio or Network Connections compared to the G7, but I never used either of that on a Monitor
Hey Would you mind also posting measured gamma curve? Including each individual color channel versus the reference flat 2.2 or sRGB curve if possible (not sure how your software would show that, I'm just familiar with HCFR) In my measurement and usage of many types of displays I own (i1 Display Pro) I found this to be subjectively more important even than color accuracy.
Have you guys bought this monitor? I’m curious if this monitor output 4K 120hz on the ps5 for supported games? And will it support ALLM, VRR & HDR at the same time?
I have this at work. Brilliant, crisp, sharp, coding on it is perfect, but when slightly dimmed, I see strange places on screen, islands of green, red etc. Very strange. Has anyone observed similar issues here ?
@@Maj0rStone thank you bro, I’ve instantly bought it. Had to return an MSI MAG 274 UPF E2 twice now because the damn thing won’t work with my ps5. Crazy disappointing. Hopefully this one will be the one

I've got the Samsung G70A (4k 144hz 28"). And it's great. Just got the MSI 271QPX and tbh it's awful. Games may be ok, but as an all round monitor it's atrocious - text is blurry, way too bright (and yes I played with the settings....). Way prefer my G7. Just need to find a high fps 4k IPS monitor and this AOC may fit the bill. Just looking for 160+ fps 4k for COD really (7900xtx).
Thanks for the review sir 🙌🏼 I have just bought this monitor and I'm very happy with it! Do you have any recommendations on what are the best settings within the monitors menu? Thanks
There are 2 variants of U27G3X has 2 variants - one is G3XM miniled variant which is substanially more expensive even not available here. Also 400 on basic vs 450nits on miniled is different in specs. Really telling ignore over shoot and rating monitor gaming by image sharpness? Isn't sharpness given rather by pixel density than panel response time? Maybe I am getting it wrong but exact naming monitor should be concrete part of review.
Did you end up buying it? If you did I’m curious: Will this monitor output 4K 120hz on the ps5 for supported games? And will it support ALLM, VRR & HDR?

Fantastic price on this one! AOC has been killing it as of late. I'll be keeping my eye out for a 32" version of this monitor. Thanks Andy!
theres already one, and at very good price
Thanks for putting this together, very informative content

on Amazon its like 500€ for the monitor. For almost the same price, i could get a Gigabyte M27U..
but this has mini-led
@kerkertrand no
What do you think of the 32 version of this monitor ?
U32G3X/BK
I have to make choice between this one and gigabyte m28u... Hard choice anyone could help ? Im leaning closer to m28u tbh
Aber Predator XB283K not M28U. It's more clean at 60 hz. You maybe play also at 60 hz in 4k or upscaled 4k with modern games.
Wich IS better m28u or u27g3x
