- Showing a solo clear of warden of nothing. This is fun GM to solo but the boss room can be quite difficult. This build works extremely well for taking out adds and dealing boss damage from cover.

I was just "complaining"/musing about how much solo content this season has had the exact same build and here you are mixing things up. Stuff like this is why I'm subbed.
That’s cause people don’t have imagination people just copy builds and don’t try to make their own
Getaway Artist is really free but there are a lot of other viable builds.
@@d2cbro yeah people just need to learn how to use their imagination first day of FS I was rocking that exotic gauntlet that makes ur melee stronger with each kill on warlock, and a paragrine greaves build for my Titan, and man I pray to god the next Titan fragment lets us make sunspots cause watch what I got
@@d2cbro I know why it's chosen. Same reason why I know why half the prismatic titan builds revolve around consecration. They're great at what they do. But it's boring to see the same things over and over again (I say as somebody that can't solo stuff in this game)
@@LittleCrowYT i'm with you brother although personally having fun with getaways, just like i loved vesper a few seasons ago. and fyi the build is so overpowered i first tried solo wardens today as my first run of the season. it's way too good at everything

Transcendence was definitely underused. If not known it gives you DR with Facet of Protection on top of Song of Flame... you're virtually unkillable.

i saw a post on reddit talking about how good necrotic grips were with prismatic, i’ll have to try this out.
my character flaw is looking at this and thinking i could ever lol, very awesome, will have to try the build

But somehow it never works out like that. Lol
I think patience is the biggest thing, which I have a shortage of.

@Redtornado6 No and I get that. But there are some videos where it's different and I know I can't do some of the things they do. Like speed runners.
But there's some like these where they show you a strat that you could possibly do, and then I still fail somehow, and it's normally being impatient
@TheJay1979 it's mostly just game sense and knowing how to adapt to the build and whatever activity you're doing. I used the getaway artist build and was able to solo the master nightfall, haven't tried gm yet but you can definitely do it.

A nice honest video rather than someone doing it 'perfect first time'. I enjoyed, just sad my main titan struggles to do this at the moment.
Hey its one of a few reasons i like your channel, you dont fake it to make it, and that shows newlights that sh#t happens and you might mess up because of it. But thats the reality of any game. Im very suss about creators who show builds on any game but you can clearly see theyve cut out when they've been downed. Im still doing the campain 😂 im really enjoying it so dont want to just rush threw it. I also play other game's, first Descent came out and thats like Warframe and destiny 2 had a baby and out came the first Descendent 😂 but it seems fun, not heard of the dev team before NEXON but apparently they make good fantasy games.
Shoulda utilised bleak watcher more. This is the kinda build I was hoping for when prismatic was announced. The damage of strand with the stun lock of stasis and utility of devour. Hoping this build will trivialises gms again, I farmed GM's like they were strikes last season cuz of your amazing videos :)

I think this was my first solo nightfall but on Legend back when we all had Classy Restoration. Fun times.

I got a necrotic and synthos class item and I’ll be takin it in for my solo run. I use the slide and devour though

I believe there is a bug where your melee can either count as a melee kill or a necrotic kill, when it is a poison necrotic kill it doesn’t proc devour, I don’t know what causes the case, because sometimes if the unravel causes kill it procs devour, but if poison beats out unravel you are unlucky

24:30 For some reason, Necrotic Grips with Arcane Needle does NOT proc Devour on kills. I was running this combo in Glassway last week and losing my mind over this.

We didn't kill the overload during 2 mines section. And only one of us got the new adept gun. But when we killed both overloads and minotaurs then everybody got a gun.

Yer i heard about that yesterday because the Last descendent came out and alot on xbox couldn't play it. But xbox is Microsoft so should be already fixed.
Is thorn better than necrocasm, I know if thorns own poison tick kills something then it won’t spread necrotic poison while necro won’t do that so I’m not sure
I would use necro if it was overload
@@itztizzle tbh I forgot there was overloads in that Gm as well, so ignoring champs I should use necrochasm but change off in certain gms to deal with champs better?

Poison counts as kinetic damage. It fills up both bars.

i was under the impression that grenade and rocket launcher projectiles bounce off of the barrier champ shield even if you are radiant?
They do for me. I just make sure the splash damage is hitting them to break the barrier
Why not use exotic bond with necrotic/whatever else? Are the gauntlets just better to use?
The poison damage with the exotic class item is about 1/2 what it is with the full exotic.

Just today i got the le monarque catalyst and was wondering if there are any builds i could run this with prismatic warlock

you wont have the hand cannon for champs, but you could theoretically swap thorn with le monarque and get very similar results
Yeah I feel like the gateway artist build is my best bet still
Although i still need to upgrade all my gears to 2000 to even try this gm i reckon

Nope, necrotics on the class item don’t work with weapons of sorrow and do a quarter of the damage the exotic does cus they hated the warlocks bond having a chance of being good for some reason

@@turtle4935ikr, even the vesper part of the bond it missing the class ability regen, blind and explosions that also blind when enemies die, they couldn’t even atleast make the waves happen where you land with pheonix dive so it would actually get some use, same thing would also make secant filiments good if it worked with pheonix dive but instead that’s still empowering rift, this is why people aren’t using the warlock bond but rather just the base exotics
@@taylormorgan3669it does work with weapons of sorrow. I’ve not compared the AoE DoT between the spirit and full but Thorn definitely does AoE poison with just the spirit.
Is there a reason to use necrotic grips over a necrotic bond?
I don't think the bond necrotic damage stacks but it does with the grip.
The poison from necrotic scales over time, the spirit version is fixed DOT damage I believe
spirit one does like 50k less dmg over the 7 seconds so its worse dps
3:28 HOW ? :) i don't get it. how can you break his shield and stun him with Edge Transit. is it only radiant. can you maybe explain it please ? ( i have 3k hours and learn in every video from you something new :D)
@@fraleb527 radiant gives weapons anti barrier rounds. But if they already have a champ mod like overload or unstop, then it won’t. It’s why Polaris Lance could deal with AB so easy last season

I’m not seeing anyone using the warlock class item, it’s really just that bad, even the necrotics part of the bond does a quarter of the exotics damage along with not working with weapons of sorrow
Are you high? Star eaters apotheosis or HOIL verity osmiomancy are all good
@@Edgetarian15 three of those every class has and then only two are ones only warlock can get which is disappointing since those are the only ones worth using, my point still stands that the warlock bond sucks and the main exotics are worth using over it, vesper literally loses its blinding explosions, it’s normal blinding and it’s class ability regen when near enemies, secant filiments just sucks and they couldn’t have at least made these work with pheonix dive, these were just two examples as well

Playing on warlock is strong I guess but so boring to solo anything with imo id much rather solo with a titan.
But....Destiny is a MULTIPLAYER game......right? That's the response to anyone talking about solo Dual Destiny, so clearly this type of activity shouldn't be allowed.....right?
Dual Destiny is a creative expression of the duality of the game’s themes and thus is most effective as a cooperative activity in order to have unique and engaging mechanics and mission design. Stop being condescending, use Fireteam Finder. This is a month old debate and at this point, you’re just pissy.

I agree. I'm mostly a solo player in most game's, i have this stupid enxiaty playing with other's. But it's way more fun tbh, and I've found most high ranked players welcome newlights and don't get all toxic if you make mistakes, partly why i like this game to, has a mostly chill community who are patient. If i can jump in a random group anyone can. And your right in that it changes up the mechanics abit. I have been doing the Final shape solo though, only because i don't want to rush threw it, i like to learn the Lore.

Also i like the fact this game gives you that choice in alot of content, i do alot solo, but don't mind doing a mission that has a fireteam. And if I'm doing a solo challenge but finding it too hard then i go to fireteam finder, and always get a team quickly. Best of both worlds in this game
@@thehieromancer2795 You're missing the wider point. Your explanation indicates you've actually thought about the reasoning, unlike most of the childish Destiny community.
I'm 'pissy', as you put it, because Dual Destiny, Ritual Pathfinder and Cooperative Focus all signal a game design shift. Away from player choice and towards Bungie locking mid and low-level activity behind mechanics to force group play, not skill level. Destiny is best when people have freedom to challenge themselves and engage how they want to, not how they're told they should.
Under the new design approach, this mission would not let you launch without a fireteam. Remember that.
