During the period of Emergency Indira Gandhi should have (1) Implemented CITIZENSHIP (2) Uniform Civil Code (3) One Job for One Family (4) Family Planning allowing Two or Three Children (5) Revision of IPC

I was happy that there was almost no corruption in public life, trains buses operated on time and shops displayed price list of all items. When Indira Gandhi was out of power, I had once passed by her without recognising her in a public place. After walking a few steps, I suddenly realised, 'Hey, that was Indira Gandhi'. She was like an ordinary person. That time I didn't understand much about politics.

Both Indra Gandhi & the opposition leaders didn't follow democratic principles. Opposition's aim was to unseat IG in an anarachic way against which IG fought tooth & nail undemocratically.Sanjay added fuel to the fire of emergency. Finally IG should be credited for lifting emergency for elections .
If Sanjay had been asked to shut up by Indira Gandhi, emergency would have been lifted much earlier.
Bruh! Really? It’s only one set of people to blame for this and it’s IG’s islamo-communist nexus.
IG didn’t have a choice but to lift emergency due to international pressure.
