I am very fit but when it comes to dancing I only practice a little ballet, I was listening to some music that made me wanna dance oriental and UA-cam brought me here. Not only my body is sweating but my brain hurts from the effort to understand and follow these moves!!! I AM HOOKED ❤

Love your belly dance instructions, only problem is I have a bad left knee. Any suggestions on how to shimmy with bad knee? I seem to struggle with that a bit!
hi my friend! yes! for an injured knee perform the move SMALL, SLOWER and if support is needed, rest your hand on the wall or a chair for support to alleviate the weight on that knee.

Fantastic workout. I battled with the shimmies and the left side of my body is harder to control. Any tips for a newbie?
One side is always stronger and be ready because sometimes that better side will change depending on the specific movement. Shimmies are especially challenging; you need a strong core to ensure good posture because if your chest isn't lifted your shimmies can't shine. The bent knee shimmy is the same but also requires good thigh strength in addition to core strength in order to control body movement. This is the process as you build strength and muscle memory. I like to drill my bad side a little harder, and do everything on both sides.
