I like the Hubs but there is one thing I think would do them well but maybe because I travel alone and don't need every piece of storage they have. The two compartments under the bed...they'd do well to put a pull-out step. Their beds are VERY high. I'm not the shortest person in the world but I am short. If I had stayed there for any length of time, I think I would have gone to TK Maxx to see if they had a little kids' step stool.

@@watchviewer I did go to tell them about it at one point but nobody was there, this was about 10pm maybe, but then Scott figured out how to actually turn the unit off. We did mention it when we next saw a staff member but we were checking out then 😊 -Hayley

Did you memtion the AC was too cold. I think they have a way of adjusting the settings on a computer.

@@HayleyAndScott24 in AC in the hub hotels can be problematic with not cooling. Perhaps someone else was really hot in their room!
