➺ Ingredients Required:
➺ Dosa Batter
1. Toor Dal - 1 Cup (150ml)
2. Urad Dal - 1 Cup (150ml)
3. Bengal Gram Dal - 1 Cup (150ml)
4. Green Gram Dal - 1 Cup (150ml)
5. Coriander Leaves - 1 Cup (250ml)
6. Onion - 1 Cup (250ml)
7. Salt - 1 1/2 Teaspoon
8. Green Chilli = 5 - 7
9. Sugar - 2 Tablespoon
10. Baking Soda - 1 Pinch
➺ Chutney
11. Coconut - 1 Cup (250ml)
12. Tamrind - 1 Inch
13. Salt 1/3 Teaspoon
14. Coriander Leaves - Handful
15. Mint Leaves - Handful
16. Garlic - 8 cloves
17. Green Chilli - 5
18. Water
➺ Preparations:
Dosa Batter:
1. Toor Dal - 1 Cup (150ml) - (Soaked Over night)
2. Urad Dal - 1 Cup (150ml) - (Soaked Over night)
3. Bengal Gram Dal - 1 Cup (150ml) - (Soaked Over night)
4. Green Gram Dal - 1 Cup (150ml) - (Soaked Over night)
5. Coriander Leaves - 1 Cup (250ml) - Chopped
6. Onion - 1 Cup (250ml) - Chopped
7. Green Chilli = 5 - 7 - Chopped
Chutney:
1. Coconut - 1 Cup (250ml) - Sliced
2. Garlic - 8 cloves
➺ NOTE:
1. You can skip Onion to get slim dosa.
