Don’t have gear fear as well! Be confident if you play scared you will get rolled
You are the best man! Thanks a lot for this guide! I just bought the full game to get more classes and didnt know about the market stuff, thats even better. Keep doing gods work mate.
I've been playing this game since playtest days, its so awesome to see it popping off. great guide man props!
I just extracted for the first time. It took me 5 or 6 trys to even figure out the basics but I started to get it down and was mowing down goblin boys. Swooped the portal from under a guy camping it.
Came out with purple gloves, blue helmet and a bunch of greens.
These guides help a ton. I would be clueless otherwise and I still have a ways to go. 👍
It took me so long to extra I think like lvl 10 with fighter lol, I was about to, I can see the stairs in my sight as I fall over from a trap 😂
awesome turn around on this video, wasn't expecting it so soon. really enjoy the way you approach the game
I like that you are honest about pve being the aspect that attracts you.
I hope this game expand this area
They have been and likely will continue to do so. With the current map rotation system I don't see why they couldn't just add more maps and at certain times a map might not be in any player pool. The Ruins map existed before as well with some unique mobs but it's currently removed while they are reworking it. Also, the vision for the game is still 3 layer dungeons which I think will be great - especially because they are going to let us stash some or all of our loot in between layers soon.
Typed "dark and darker mid game" into the search bar, this vid came 1st and was exactly what I was looking for as a PvE enjoyer ! TY !
Thank you! I badly needed this guide.
Thumbs up for OSRS music (it is a little loud, just a little).
Sub for good video o7
The RuneScape music man, brings me back 😊
Seriously great content here! Especially for us warlock mains! Thank you!
Warlock PvP guide or something with pvp in general, really nice videos by the way
Pleasant watch. Regarding whether or not torches can spawn snuffed: yes, and I don't know if it's some specific ones, rather I think it's totally random. Seems to be a fairly small chance, too.
This was super helpful. Just curious why you wouldn’t use hydra and CoP/Sac to heal rather than using potions?
I'm used to being low on magical healing items, which makes healing off hydra take forever. Also, a potion is a bit faster action than hydra + CoP/Sac. I generally just try to stay high enough to live from an axe hit of a nightmare skeleton in HR inferno, anything beyond that I don't worry about.
Thanks dude!❤
Bro the RS music goes hard on the nostalgia
Thanks for this really helpful video! I've been training to play warlock but it looks like it would be way harder to cheese inferno with other classes right?
Man all I’m thinking is, how am I ever gonna do this on Ranger 😂 I’ll try tho! Great video man, love the way you explain yourself! Keep it up 🙌
Ranger is definitely the next easiest class to do this on. He actually has higher DPS for single target than warlock too so he can sometimes clear faster.
Love the RS music; Nostalgia
what perks did you choose to run with for this particular build. looks like torture mastery? whatd you pick for the fourth perk?
I have Torture mastery, vampirism, the 30% curse duration one, and the 10% will one for extra damage. 4th perk is not particularly important in this build.
this video helped a lot as to what to do next now my problem is figuring out what items are considered worth keeping since there's so many stats and items I have a hard time grasping as to what is generally worth money
You learn that by playing. There's tons of different stats people will pay for depending on class. +additional damage (for phys damage class items), +magical damage (for magic class items), and vigor items rolled with +max health are generally your expensive items.
@@SolomonDandD thank you for the response at least that gives me a general idea on what to look out for thanks for help
One thing I do in any market based game is try to play a lot of different classes archetypes so you understand what people need to make them work best and it will obviously be the things that are worth more
Cool video man! how often does the game wipe?
Every 2-3 months, just wiped a week ago so hop in now if you haven't already :)
MY FIRST GAMES as a rogue AFTER I bought the game as I was playing fighter for a lot of levels, I get spawned in a hallway with 3 mummy’s and 1 elite 💀 I kept handles for 3 games horrible spawn. I can see how some people just quit if they experience that as their first game. It was also after watching the beginner guide 😭 I died fast all 3 times
How do u do the lock picking? My first times didn’t have the animation. Do I click or F
i watched this video with a sock puppet on my hand and it was fucking awesome ty for the tutorial
pardon me lord, please don't forget to bring a coinpurse when high-rolling! It's only 5 gold from the collector, holds 50 gold, and usually nets >100 gold more per run if you know your stuff!
really helpful
I agree with you on the timmy stompers. i'm almost wondering if we can start a "noobies union" to protect new players, because otherwise that kind of predatory play makes fewer new players stick around. I also wish we could get more folks using voip, to better communicate when folks are friendly or pvp-ing.
should have a faction system, incentivize team play but also keep pvp open for high stress high octane gameplay
basically blue, yellow or red teams and you are penalized for team killing
That's what the "ask for help" button at the top left is for. You can get a player with 1k+ hours to play with you. If they can't carry you enough for you to learn the game you're pretty boned.
What are you saying 🙏🙏🙏 is it life, like, rike like I can’t figure out the word u kept saying in the beginning
I'm a new player and play warlock but i failed so much time trying to cast Power of sacrifice and hit myself whit it. So that's make me happy to see someone skilled fail too 😅
I have definitely died to a miscast power of sacrifice more times than I'd like to admit.
Nightmare axe is possible to kill. But you will die a lot of times doing it 😂 you have to be literally into them (closest possible) and do circle strafes around the body
Question: will there be another wipe? If so when and what exactly is a wipe?
every 2-3 months. Basically all progress is just reset. Otherwise everyone gets to end game gear all the time and the game gets stale.
Waiting to use the trading post because without it this game is impossible
i do the multi crouch to let people know im friendly in solos and most of the time, people dont attack.
the runescape music go hard with this game lol
Not hating just curious:
Doesn't this style of play(naked, cheesing, avoiding pvp, etc) get boring? Do you always play like this or is this like a "money run"? Again, not hating just curious. Everyone is free to play how they like.
I play like this for 5-6 successful rounds then ball out usually. It can take me a pretty long time to die with the giga-juiced kits.
seems like the game still need some polishing if you can cheese every mob
i have a legendary status account but it wont let me list items on the marketplace
72h wait period for new legendary accs. Due to credit card thieves buying access then selling gold before the transaction gets disputed.
yeah had quite a few games that a lvl 99 run trough slaughtering ppl in normal and in sub 25 gear as well. Frankly if you have played an earlier season or are above lvl 20 you should just get put in normal "normal" no sub 25 gs for you cause it gets kinda sille when you se ppl that don't know the basics and some sweatlord runs in massacres them 1 by 1.
Just what I been searching for!
I couldn’t watch. Dude moves his house in circles over and over and it drove me nuts
what would you say is the main end goal for the game?
There is none, you just try new things, get better gear, fight bosses etc it's one of those games where it would take you thousands of hours before you have seen all of what the game has to offer
It’s crazy to see that so many soldiers ventured to the red dungeons. Look how blood and stuff is on the walls, is there lore? This would be a fire show or anime. Getting gear and venturing. Each season a diff class 🔥
Or do like a trio of characters vs the dungeon and another trio
I think it’s just more of a hell type biome opposed to it being the blood of adventurers on the walls
Haven't been to HR or out of basekit since like playtest 3
Music almost made me cry
Dark and darker wipes 😮
If you are a f2p player know this, you will NEVER make money out of gear, because you cannot sell in the market you will be forced to sell to the vendors wich do not pay anywhere near the worth of most good items. So if you are a f2p and you loot gear from a player you either are going to use that gear yourself with the only class you can create or you will undersell like crazy to the vendors and get scammed
If you wanna progress in this game learn all the mob mechanics gear comes and goes
Great guide🎉🎉🎉
It seems like you would have benefited from dropping the loose gold, as you ended up selling the items you collected for more than 10 gold per square.
perfectly timed
I’m new, when is the next wipe?
Wipe just happened a week ago. I'd recommend hopping on now as it is definitely still early wipe.
Next wipe should be 2-3 months from now.
Came cuz noob
Stayed cuz nostalgiascape ost
Yeah pve is more what i want, but pvp is fun.
Maybe if they decreased the lobby size a smidge for solos id enjoy it more. Feels like theres 12-14 people in solo queue and i dont have space to breathe and learn
As you get more experienced the lobbies will start to feel less full. Ratting is its own specific playstyle and learning hotspots is huge for surviving as a rat.
24:42 Because when you are forced to, you are 1 practice session behind 😅 I totally agree about making game easier, but this philosophy has flaws 😂
I think my game is bugged :/ ive done quite a bit of quests but none of my merchants are offering me better gear :( all thats available is poor quality T.T
It’s the reputation with the trader that makes them sell you higher rarity items. Higher the reputation, the higher rarity of items you can buy.
@@freddyfishy2262 my reputation with them is at 25-50 and still just the base poor quality gear :( not even any extra base equipment yet from the squire
60 gold normals run? wait what? I get 300 - 600 gold every run in normals
don't go to inferno guys go play ice map
Fuck that the ice enemies are so much mare cancer than inferno enemies
Does gold reset every wipes?
Yes, and everything in the stash, and the amount of stashes you have. If you want a head start next wipe you can get like 500 gold from being high enough competitive ranked the previous season.
I feel like the only genuine way to "progress" in the game is to learn the janky ass combat system, because otherwise everything else is simple
What part about it is janky? This game honestly has one of the most accurate combat systems I've seen. Hitboxes are extremely form fitting, as are hurtboxes. I've dodged arrows that miss me by an actual hair, the blocking you have to have your shield be physically in the way of the hurtbox of the weapon.
@@cosmicfox5671 If you've ever played Chivalry or Mordhau then you know how a melee combat system can feel nice AND be accurate instead of what D&D does. D&D you literally have to hitbox abuse and bunny hop just to be decent at the game. The game is a constant mess of just kiting everyone around, it feels extremely tedious to play.
I hope they add more mobs
20 seconds in, and you are already telling lies. Quests are character-specific, not account-specific.
Why are there different races? Seems unfair you have to pay 5$ for a lot better race or you have to play the game for a decent while to get it
The only race I'd say is "better" is nightmare skeleton which is a comp reward. They each come with a downside and upside.
@@SolomonDandD downside being you can’t wear a headgear? And good video keep it up!
i wish the brackets should be better imho. I just got this game and have like 4 hours in it and it is incredibly infuriating. Encountering Crazy high people because I brought a sword I found. It really makes it difficult to enjoy the game when I'm trying to figure the fucking thing out and everybody kills me in one shot. Nobody talks And everybody outgears you. I would also kill Non-pregression solo mode to learn the maps like most other games have
when they did a bunch of brackets before it made queue times super bad so I'd rather they not do that
people still buy stash space lol? i just click "character select".
F2Ps don't have extra character slots, and I generally fill all my alt stashes. Definitely wouldn't have bought the 5k gold one if it wasn't for the vid btw. Better to buy them evenly across all characters.
mate if u are gonna doa guide don´t make it about cheese hard monsters by cheesing them, when ppl searches for guides they wanna learn the right way to kill the mobs by doging and kiting, cheese is not fun
not hate at all but all the guides i watch they just teach you how to cheese mobs but no one tells u how to doge certain attacks or is very hard to find a guide like that
Lol. Not how the game works man. You're intended to cheese mobs. For instance that nightmare axe skeleton? Not kitable with the movespeed on my gear. The reason you're running into that over and over is because that's the game, and that's what is efficient.
“Mate,” there are plenty of guides about how to fight enemies. Different people do it differently. Any way that ends with the mob getting killed and the player avoiding damage is perfectly viable. There is no “right” way, just ways that work. If you don’t like doing it a certain way, don’t. But don’t suppose you speak for everyone. That’s just arrogant.
@@johnryan3622 lit the only way you can cheese a mob IS not having players on your game imagine for a moment you are cheesing a berserker and a Ranger or something like that catches you ,you just end up dying bc you chosed to get into that situation. Also ironmance said that they are gonna eventually get rid off all the cheese, so why do guide like this, I mean you can do how to cheese guide and that's fine , but if I search a guide, I want to learn what to do to survive against thought mobs not to cheese everybody knows that if you sit your ass on top of a pilar a melee mob is not gonna hit you .The right way is the more reliable way and that's what a guide is supossed to be, a way to learn how to play the right way not the easier way
As I said i don't want to bring hate to your channel but It seems I'm not the only one that thinks like this
They are losers, if you wish to demonstrate you're good why don't fight with people that have same lvl as you, i had in a game a lvl 88 ranger
Yeah I highly dislike Timmy stompers. I do enjoy romping around in normals with full gear and pointing a timmy to the extracts though - and of course if they attack you then they have to die.
i say this with no malice in my heart, gotta lose that garbage cliché "guys" that every douchetuber says, please 😭
This video idea was suggested by @MendaMeister7 - if you have a video you'd like me to make, let me know.
I'm currently working on
-Cyclops/Troll both killed in one round gold farming guide
-Beginner guides for every character (except Druid)
Thank you! :)
Do u have 1 on rogue. I feel like people don’t choose backflip cuz it’s not smart but it’s just more fun. Other than that I need tips
