That's why he was on trial, even though he didn't physically push her, he still holds responsibility for what happened as it was his behaviour that supposedly made her jump and fall. If he had of just let her go home when she was screaming to, or if he had of forced her out the front door of his apartment rather than onto his balcony where se was essentially trapped then the girl would still be alive. I think it's a shame he didn't get convicted.
