  • The defense counsel for Alex Jones filed and argued an Emergency Motion for Protective Order. BOMBSHELL allegations of HIPAA data breaches, psychiatric records disclosed, government officials are listening, and so much more!
Watching the Alex Jones testimony about the phone records was like watching a train heading full speed off a cliff. My jaw nearly hit the floor multiple times. I can only imagine how the jury reacted. I hope the attorneys for Alex Jones immediately got in touch with their malpractice liability carrier. Thank you so much to the Law & Crime channel for your great coverage.

This commentary is much more pleasant to watch than channels like Law&Crime Network, thank you!

This should be an eye opener for EVERYONE. I’ve told people for a decade that there is absolutely nothing you do on your phone or post that someone somewhere can get if they want it. To be honest if the powers that he wanted his data they could get it. I’m a fan of free speech and privacy and disagree with you but I respect your analysis in this video from a professional pov.

I have a question, I am currently a highschool student getting ready to graduate this year, i did some research and i was wondering if a paralegal certification through only the CLS program and having a year or more of work experience working as a paralegal can higher a applicants chances at getting into a Ivy League law school? Thank you

@@mikeaze423 It's more of a defamation trial, civil court if I'm correct (I'm not too familiar with laws outside The Netherlands).
Imagine ±40 parents knowing their 20 children died after a shooting, and some guy on national tv, who wasn't there, claiming for years that it's "completely fake" and a "giant hoax". There should be a legal way to pursue that, and luckily there is.

@@Henckques so alex jones got sued because he believed in something. ? If thats true alex jones can sue many people for deformation of character. Many liberal news channels said things about him that wasn't true.

@@mikeaze423 In the United States, if you tell a lie, which you either know is a lie or did not do your due diligence to figure out if it is a lie or not, that harms another person you open yourself up to a civil lawsuit. Alex jones knew that he was telling a lie when he told his audience that the sandy hook massacre never happened and that the parents of the slain children were actors. This lie lead to the family being repeatedly harassed in a way that made them rightfully fear for their lives. Under the law, this opens him up to both compensatory and punitive damages.
The freedom of speech, like all of our freedoms, are limited. You cannot shout “fire” in a crowded area, as people may be hurt in the ensuing chaos. You cannot say “let’s go to X person’s house and kill them” to an angry mob. Though Alex Jones might not be liable for criminal charges, he is under the law, liable for civil suit

This is unforgiveable. Alex Jones will never be able to own anything in his entire life. And for what? Words? Everyone responsible for his persecution is an absolute fiend.

I've been involved in defending defamation cases. My commentary was simply about the Motion being argued, the fact that the Civil Rules of Procedure weren't followed, and showing the cautionary tale of following the rules of discovery and generally the rules of civil procedure. I have no opinion about Alex Jones one way or another. However, I disagree that he will never be able to own anything in his entire life. Even Trump filed bankruptcy four times and look what he accomplished. Of course, everyone is entitled to their opinion. Thanks for watching and commenting.
