The glow up is insane. The webbing on the old one is still good, but it’s kinda uneven and the red is so muted. The new one is Josh absolute perfection. Hands down your best figure to date Ross. Holy shit

I’ve said the same thing before but it’s insane seeing how much you’ve improved from what, at the time to me, already looked perfect.
The original one isn’t terrible…but when compared to your new one, I mean it’s no contest when choosing which one is better. The new one is just so much more detailed and accurate it’s incredible, and it wasn’t until you put them side by side that I noticed how flat looking the original one is. And those eyes, I’m sure 2014 you thought it looked good but they are spread so far apart it almost doesn’t look human. I can’t wait to see your showcase for this figure. Also that “my back” skit gave me an idea for a skit you could do for your Tobey suit showcase where he says “Oh, it’s just, my back.” and then you just appear and say something like “Yeah join the club pal.”

you may not have had any figures to draw inspiration from in 2014, but i sure as hell used yours for inspiration no less than 4 times. After NWH, I started work on the webslingers again and I'd be lying if i said this new figure isn't inspiring my current version. You're doing great work and it's very inspiring to see how far you've come.
I remember the amazing spiderman 2 showcase and thinking that it was such a detailed custom. Comparing the two is insane. Great custom can't wait for Tobey and to see all of them together.👍

This is beyond impressive! Your first Spider-Man was already amazing, but your new one really shows the amount of growth your skills have gone through.
I can also relate to wanting to take time into working on minifigures to make them as accurate as possible. I’m currently doing the same thing with God of War Ragnarök in celebration of the game releasing this year. And, have also been doing stuff like Halo, Clone Troopers, and have even considered going back to Devil May Cry to try and improve on them.
Can’t wait to see Tobey’s suit.

I can relate a lot to this. I still haven’t finished my integrated suit after 4 MONTHS because I just dread starting it again. It’s so time consuming drawing all of the lines and webbing, it’s just a pain. And now school is back and I got a job, it’s a whole thing. I’ll finish it eventually but damn it’s tough

It's great to hear that you're really passionate about this project, Ross, but I, like most people, am really hoping you go back to the Endgame customs once you're done working on your NWH customs.
I really like the old one but the new version that you have made is definitely better in many ways!
Love your work and to be honest this and the mando so figs were defintly a worthy project over endgame love your work been here since the iron man 3 show case been customising for 5 years and when I saw what you did tried it it wasn't good but when try try agian you succeed and remember with great skill comes great responsibility

im looking at thic custom minifigure and ist straight fire, but i thing that the hands are little off, you can try to fully paint them with web or atleast paint them with the same red so they dont stand out so much
If you paint hands it comes off very easily and doesn't stick well
Im not gonna lie, but when I was making my Andrew garfield spider man figure, I actually used your 2014 figure as reference to paint the spider symbol and it doesn’t look that great but im still proud of it, and That is your best Spider Man custom to date, that paint job is so clean and Is one of my favorite figures you have done 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Wait, you added the cell texture on the side of the body but you didn’t think to connect the shoulders to the arms? I mean the figure is amazing, but just a little bit of red paint on the top sides of the torso would have just made the fig. Either way great work these are fantastic
