I wrote this on r/meshuggah only an hour ago: IF you get the chance to see Meshuggah live then you MUST go! Even if you go by yourself. That’s how important an experience it is. Go! It’s the law.

I went by myself last year and dragged my wife to it this year. Hard to find people that aren't intimidated by their sound, haha. People at these shows are great.

like really, how do these guys pull off these massive setlists? The dedication, the precision, sound quality tight af. They are just the fucking best around, period.
Saw them perform this set last night and it is insane how good they are live. I saw them last year and this year was even better. They were just incredible. Loud, the bass unlike anything captured on video, accurate and lights in perfect sync. They're not jumping all over stage, like some people like to see, but you don't need that when you're laying down perfection
Just seen them on the 5th. Greatest live show I've ever seen. It blows my mind how they're able to just start a song on the drop of a dime. I'm sure they're counted in with the in-ear monitors but still impressive.
@@brettmarkusicThey are counted in - everything has to sync with the lights. Does it take away anything from the performance? Fuck no. If anything, it objectively makes it better.
@@NicolaiAwesomeThomas has said the lights are synced with the click track. These guys are machines. Perfection incarnate.
Was literally just passing by and remembered that the show was that night......... luckily got a last second ticket ..... one of the best shows I've ever seen

Something about the way the 4 in front are symmetrical I enjoy. It feels like Jens isn’t the self absorbed vocalist at the very front with everyone behind him like a lot of bands do.
Jens is much of an instrument as the rest of them...👊👊🤘🤘❤️❤️
just saw them at Andrew J Brady music center in Cincinnati and it was easily the best metal show ive seen in my entire life. White Chapel and In Flames played too and were 10/10

They'd be so much better if they had a singer like say, like a motorgater , lamb of God, slipknot type or a singer that is hardcore yet, with that style......BUT can UNDERSTAND a single syllable unlike JENS. This band is a phenomenal band they just need a better frontman
placing ivan moody in place of jens kidman might be the worst possible thing you could do to a band like meshuggah
