please make a video about how viral vtuber salome speaks japanese (she got 1.3m subs in ~3 weeks)
Thank you for making an awesome video of us! Also thank you everyone for watching!! Hope you liked it!
Oh wow you have a YT channel! Subbing ☺️ All of your children are sooo adorable!
@@rcane6842 Thanks!☺️

You guys are so cool! Being able to speak 2 languages is just so awesome!
Him being a house husband is non traditional however, if it works for their family I don't see anything wrong with it. Thank you for showing us the different kinds of families that live in Japan.
Because it is emasculating and destructive socially if it becomes too common.
@@based9930 Said the single incell...
@@based9930There's no evidence supporting such statements.
(Unless it was sarcasm, because then HELLLYEAAAH 🤘)
@@based9930 nah
@@moma-b no, it isn't sarcasm. look at how feminine that guy is and how masculine she is.
Wow, the papa looks so kind! I wish I can be a papa like that (my partner is 8 month pregnant!!!)
Congratulations 🎊
That’s wonderful, congratulations!🎉 Wishing you both all the very best and just so you know, your lives will never be the same😄
I’m sure you’ll be a great papa.
congratulations to you and your family :-) 💗
Congratulations!
Their children are so cuteee I can't!!!
Thanks!!!
Their kids are way too cute. They may break the Internet.
Also, the Rivers of London series is great. Good choice of reading!
Haha you noticed! Mama loves those books. Thank you!
@@globalfamilyinfukushima Yep, I noticed the cover pretty much right away. I've read all of them except the new one, which I'm looking forward to.
I love that he is the house husband! And it makes a lot of sense not only because of her job but also because he can cook, and since Japanese seems to be the dominant language and English is less prevalent for the kids, he can also help out a bit more in that regard. Thank you for the video.
Being a house-husband is not a bad thing. At least burglarizing the house won't be so easy with a man there.
Exactly at least one of the parents are working to keep food on the table.💯
This looks perfectly normal to me.
I’ve never wanted kids before but this video almost convinced me. So adorable
Omg same!
Imagine those are not only cuties, but the cuties that live thanks to you. Children are the best thing in the world a man can make.
it's part of this new gen Z delusional way of thinking that children are supposed to be annoying and disgusting..... That's just wrong.... Children are usually only problematic and disrespectful if they have terrible parents. it's natural to want to have children
Their home and surrounding neighborhood is absolutely beautiful. I had no idea you could find a log cabin in Japan!
I guess you just have to build it yourself, since that design really doesn't seem to be popular over there
Interesting to see the reverse. My kids grew up in a bilingual household, but speaking and learning Japanese in an English speaking country, but with only my wife fluent in Japanese. Analogous challenges, that get more difficult as they get older.
Can I ask what country?
Edit: I watched your videos, you have very talented daughters! Can you ask your local church if they could play with an organ? The pedals go deeper in there and they might want to try Bach. I know Organ and piano are different, but just let them use it for fun. They will enjoy it, or they will not. Nothing to lose daddy-o!
@@JohnDoe-ro4nf Our public school system fortunately has a very good music program, which I know isn't the norm. But those videos seem like from another time! Both of my daughters are still active in music, which is something I intentionally started when they were young, but they have wanted to continue for their own reasons (music and social reasons). They still play piano, but play more violin and cello in orchestras nowadays. Their Japanese language skills are ok considering we live in a non Japanese speaking area. We are in the US.
Omg they're probably the cutest kids I've ever seen before.

That little peace sign was too much 😍
What a beautiful family! I love to see interracial couples. There is something undeniably magical about it. I am learning Japanese for that reason (not solely) to find a Japanese wife.
A lovely family. I wish them a lot of happiness. They live in a beautiful place. A good life.
Thanks
They’re so cute 😭😭
Thanks 😊
Beautiful family, it's funny that the kids all speak with Australian accents when speaking English too!
Their kids are so cute 😭😭😭

if i can i will move away from the city once i have a family
I went to Fukushima first when I lived in Japan. I lived close to Iwaki City and I visited Aizu. Such a beautiful part of the world.
I love your "Day in the life" series, I think it's another important window into culture to see various aspects of and ways how people in different cultures live their lives ^_^
Also, those kids are impossibly cute! They bring a smile to my face ^_^
Thanks! ^_^
sooooo good !!! very comfy. Thank u for dis video
Your family is adorable! Good for you being Mr. Mom! You're a great daddy. Sweet family. ❤
Beautiful children 💜
That was a beautiful video.
Excellent video!
real life "the way of The House Husband" Anime! Amazing and wonderful family and video, Yuta!
I love these!!
What a rare case of a family
Rare?
@@mandelbrodt Yup. Especially in Japan a househusband is very rare.
Because men who don't work are not popular in Japan. If you say in Japan, 'I will be a househusband and do the housework and you will get a job', probably 99% of Japanese women will not want to marry that man. Many Japanese women take it for granted that men should work.
Cuz the wife is weird she acts like a japanese person 100% sure she didn’t fit in western society so she moved to japan
their family is so cute! thats my goal one day
Thanks
What an awesome family! An interracial marriage and shattering cultural norms in Japan of all places.
What a sweet family. Do they actually have two cars? Wow!
Thanks. And yes 2 cars
i wish i lived in a same atmosphere as theirs

Zoom language lessons! Who wants to go to korea? Who wants to be translator? 3 hours a week with a cute korean person. Land in Korea the 6 year old is the family translator. Each successful translation interaction hyaku yen. That plus praise plus helping family means when they come home supper motivated for next zoom lessons.
Makes me think of the manga/anime "The Way Of The Househusband" 😁 but of course there's a big difference here
The babies are so cute. 😂
Thank you!

So cute kids.
Wow, 1 kid is stressful, but 3 must be crazy stressful.
Such a cute family

Is it just me or she looks mightily pissed?
Yes so weird
Probably exhausted from work

Question is not can the Australian handle Japan.
Can Japanese handle Australians?
It must be difficult for Japanese (whose language is very much focused on manners) to learn English in that the language is split across so many different cultures. There's a certain word that Aussies use as a term of endearment that would get you in a lot of trouble in other English speaking countries 😅
@@Samouraii English in general is very difficult even for people who grow up in English speaking countries especially difficult for Japanese
@@SenhorKoringa that's true. Imagine how awful it would be if someone spent years in Australia learning English then went to USA and got punched in the face for calling someone a "c***"
Congrats
Lovely family ! Kawaii
Thanks
1:25 OMG ARALE Herself!!
Wow.. its change mindset but prove man also can do better
Ha my kid uses that same app, i recognize that little tune anywhere

sleeping at 7pm??? damn that is early.
Children around age 5 should get 10-13 hours of sleep. Since they get up at 6AM, going to bed at 7PM gets them about 10-11 hours of sleep.
@@Webberjo it's not that simple not all children are wired the same way.
Yes it is early, especially by Japanese standards, but it seems to work best for our girls - any later than that then they are cranky the next day! Especially since the older two don't nap XD
@@globalfamilyinfukushima ah super soldiers (small ones) , been there :). (don't like naps)
This time the role is inverted

Linguistically speaking, is it normal to see young children using polite speech at home?? It seems so formal. I was expecting them to use plain casual speech.
Also, I hope the mom continues to stick to English as much as possible at home. Good luck to them.
Thank you! Yes our girls use a lot of polite speech that they learned at school, but I think Lily was just being extra polite because of the camera 😂
The wife seems… very not happy lmao
I thought the same. It was a little weird for her to call out her high education and prestigious job in contrast to her husband’s more modest upbringing. She doesn’t seem to respect him much.
Did she just want to get married to be married?
cute family
Thanks
Are there any twins and triplets adults living in Japan.
A bit curious, what is life like for such people .
Food for thought 🤔
Interesting video by the way.
-- Cheers 😎
There are twins, but they are rare as IVF is generally done with only one egg at a time, unlike other countries where they might try 2 at once.
please write this also on ema "I hope the spirit in Hermawan's body is born in the Shinto family today" thank you for caring for me.
this is interesting
What’s up Broski 🦋!
I can't help but feel as a japanese man, he has some regrets.
Regrets or shamelessly mooching off lel
My Japanese sensei lived in Australia for a while, a lot of Japanese seem to go there?
well It's close to Japan but also close to western culture
@@mmiraall With the end of WWII one could make the case that despite geographic location, Japan has become a quasi Western country. Even before WWII Japanese leaders took tours around England looking for tips on building a strong Japan and they essentially became a mini British Empire in Asia.
You can see the resentment towards the Westernisation of their country in popular media with songs like senbonzakura and so on...
I wonder how a recent Netflix show has influenced the image of being a househusband in Japan... ;-)
My god the musumesan tatchi, metcha kawaiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii,
