I’m a Brit and these reunions never fail to make me cry. I can’t imagine what it’s like to not see a loved one for 2 years. But then after a good cry I’m so happy that these young men made it home safely. God Bless you all you are the heroes of your country not just your lovely family

How can you not get emotional and cry along with them for their Happiness. It brings me the memories of the times my son served in Iraq and each time he returned with a surprise. I am so happy for their joy.
A human's heart cannot endure the unbearable pain of the loss of a loved one. Behind those reunions i see the sleepless nights, the tears, the prayers for those who are far away in a foreign land, in hostile places, in the unknown. By the numbers of how many soldier dies in the Ukraine front line. Its getting to be higher. Then the USA 20 year war. In just one year. It just sad, that this could be last moment for him. I'm currently serving in Ukraine as we speak (in recovery atm due to an explosion, gettin all healed up for a full recovery thankfully) and i dream of coming home to suprise my lil girl and my family every night. Im 3 almost 4 months in my first tour here and ill be here for atleast another 6 months. So thank you for understanding what it is we are going through over here. It's just been Anzac day here in NZ and watched some really sad things nice to see these lovely reunions sad for the those that didn't come god bless all who serve their countries and the sacrifices that they and their families made and are still making I sobbed like an idiot even though these were happy
Every time I see these videos, I always say a prayer for the kids. They also serve, some so small they dont understand why. All these kids know is their loved one is gone.
Let me share a special story with all of you tonight my beautiful wife Chelsea who served 12 years in the United States Air Force finally made it home after her deployment in Jordan she got off that plane I ran towards her we cried played our favorite song There Goes My Hero by the Foo Fighters and months later I proposed to her and she said yes and we are planning our Ultimate Dream wedding and I cannot wait to see my beautiful wife Chelsea and her wedding dress and to all the men and women that serve our great nation thank you to the Marines thank you to the Army thank you to the Airmen thank you to the Navy men thank you for keeping us safe and God bless America
To those who have had relatives or loved ones in the military this country owns you so much if you don’t have happiness tears after watching this go check your pulse to see if you are still alive !! My Army uncle was killed in North Korea his body was never recovered still today my family has had the awful feeling of not knowing what happened to him !!
