I've done this a lot and it works very well to maintain my vision and it feels good too. Except for the thick fascia found above the eye sockets...ow! But once finished, eyes feel new again. Fascia everywhere is interesting once you get the hang of self release and own it. Love it along with Tai Chi to position the body so connective tissue will respond and so many shortcuts discovered as well. Thx...self taught. Keeps my family in wellness. The back, especially, has lots of fascia layers that get stuck and immobilized. I feel sorry for many with chronic pain and no resource to connect to in our area. I'm a unicorn knowing all of this now. Daily reset switches all over the body. My favorite...right at the outside of the knee, soft area that if you gently touch there....the back fascia start relaxing in seconds....I've done it so many times it's habit now. The other spot, .outer elbow toward the forearm. Touch there and wait for it. I'm having great times discovering more and more simple techniques. This should be taught to school kids, who'd benefit from learning how to maintain their own bodies for a lifetime. But it won't and it's not mainstream medicine anyway. Guess that's how things are and acceptance is logical considering the implications of self care. No money in that is there?

Thanks! What do you mean by “engage on that superficial tension you feel on the eyelids”?
