Was Jesus Christ joking, when He said the following?
      Luke 10:19 KJV
Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
      Or John
      1 John 4:4
Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
      Or James;
      James 4:7 KJV
Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
      Or Paul;
      Ephesians 6:16 KJV
Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

John 15:13 Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends.
John 10:17-18 Therefore My Father loves Me, because I lay down My life that I may take it again. No one takes it from Me, but I lay it down of Myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This command I have received from My Father.
Corinthians 15:55-57 “O[a] Death, where is your sting? O Hades, where is your victory?” The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

The compilation and preservation of the Quran during the time of Uthman ibn Affan, the third caliph of Islam, is a topic of historical and religious significance. Here are answers to your questions:
    1. **Uthman and the Copies of the Quran**:
Uthman ibn Affan did not burn copies of the Quran he "didn't like." Instead, during his caliphate, he noticed that various dialects and variations of Quranic recitation were causing disputes among Muslims in different regions. To unify the Muslim community on a single, standard recitation, he ordered the preparation of a standard version of the Quran. This version was compiled from the original manuscripts and verified recitations. Uthman then sent copies of this standard version to various provinces and ordered all other versions to be destroyed to prevent further disputes and maintain consistency.
    2. **Zaid bin Thabit**:
Zaid bin Thabit was a prominent companion of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and one of the chief scribes who recorded the Quranic revelations. He was known for his knowledge, trustworthiness, and proficiency in writing.
    3. **Committee Under Zaid bin Thabit**:
The committee, led by Zaid bin Thabit, was tasked with compiling the Quran into a single book form. This process involved gathering all available Quranic materials, such as parchments, bones, and the memories of those who had memorized the Quran. They meticulously cross-referenced these sources to ensure accuracy. The committee included several other companions who were also well-versed in the Quran to assist in this task.
    4. **Measures to Preserve the Quran**:
    - **Standardization**: By creating a standardized text, Uthman ensured that all copies of the Quran across the Islamic world were uniform, reducing the risk of variations and errors.
    - **Destruction of Other Versions**: To prevent confusion and maintain the purity of the text, Uthman ordered the destruction of all other Quranic materials that differed from the standardized version.
    - **Memorization and Oral Tradition**: The Quran was not only preserved in written form but also through memorization. Many Muslims memorized the entire Quran, a tradition that continues to this day, serving as a living means of preserving the text.
    5. **Appointment by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)**:
Zaid bin Thabit was indeed appointed by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as one of his scribes to record the revelations. His role and expertise made him a suitable choice for leading the compilation of the Quran during both the caliphates of Abu Bakr and Uthman.
This careful process of compilation, combined with the efforts to standardize and preserve the Quran, has ensured its consistency and authenticity through the centuries.

When I read the Bible without believing, I thought I had found various contradictions in the Bible. Among other things, God told Adam that he would die on the day he ate the fruit from the forbidden tree, but Adam lived another 960 years afterwards and did not die on the same day. However, when I came to faith and read the Bible with the prayer of the Holy Spirit for the knowledge of the truth, God made me realize that He does not delay His promises.
God does not contradict himself. In Psalm 90:4 it is written that to God a thousand years are like a day, and one day is like a thousand years. This is emphasized again in 2 Peter 3:8. How old was Adam? Answer: 960 years. How old was the oldest person? Answer: Metusalem lived to be 969 years old. no human being has lived to be more than 1,000 years old. Adam (and every person born in sin) died for God on the same day after committing sin (according to Psalm 90:4).

(Show any verse of Bible that can be compared with this Quranic verse)
O you who have believed, when you contract a debt for a specified term, write it down.
And let a scribe write [it] between you in justice. Let no scribe refuse to write as Allah has taught him.
So let him write and let the one who has the obligation dictate.
And let him fear Allah , his Lord, and not leave anything out of it.
But if the one who has the obligation is of limited understanding or weak or unable to dictate himself, then let his guardian dictate in justice.
And bring to witness two witnesses from among your men.
And if there are not two men [available], then a man and two women from those whom you accept as witnesses - so that if one of the women errs, then the other can remind her.
And let not the witnesses refuse when they are called upon. And do not be [too] weary to write it, whether it is small or large, for its [specified] term. That is more just in the sight of Allah and stronger as evidence and more likely to prevent doubt between you, except when it is an immediate transaction which you conduct among yourselves.
For [then] there is no blame upon you if you do not write it. And take witnesses when you conclude a contract. Let no scribe be harmed or any witness.
For if you do so, indeed, it is [grave] disobedience in you. And fear Allah .
And Allah teaches you. And Allah is Knowing of all things.

Remember, Peter wrote that with God, 1 day is as 1,000 years, & 1,000 years is as a day, so Adam & Eve DID die on "that day," from God's perspective, as Adam lived 900+ years but not past 1,000 years, meaning from God's pov, Adam still died "that day" despite his extraordinarily long life in human years

The claim that Allah “prays” to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is as absurd as claiming that God “prays” in the Bible....!
If Allah sending salawat is misunderstood as praying,
then what do you say about Genesis 18:23-33,
where God is “pleading” with Abraham?
Does God beg or pray to a human?
    Of course not!
Similarly, in Islamic theology, salawat means Allah bestowing mercy and elevating rank-not worship or prayer.
It’s the height of ignorance to project human limitations onto the Divine.
    The Quran (33:56) clearly states:
“Indeed, Allah and His angels send blessings upon the Prophet.”
    It’s honor, not prayer..!
If your understanding is so twisted, then fix it before making a mockery of your own scriptures.

As a Muslim, I find it absurd that Christians need a mountain of theological gymnastics to define their "God."
Shouldn't the Almighty be clearer than daylight.., stronger than the universe.., and self-explanatory?
In Islam, Allah is simply the One and Only, Eternal and Absolute (Quran 112:1-4).
Yet, Christians worship a confusing Trinity: "three-in-one" that even their scholars struggle to explain.
Your Bible itself is riddled with corruption (Jeremiah 8:8), changing God's nature like flipping pages.
God "regrets" in Genesis 6:6? What kind of "Almighty" regrets?
    Or
when Jesus cries out, "My God, My God, why have You forsaken me?" (Matthew 27:46),
    where's the divinity here..?
This is a weak, fragmented portrayal of the Creator.
The Quran, preserved and unaltered for 1,400 years (Quran 15:9),
Declares Allah's majesty and clarity. No contradictions, no confusion.
If God is a mystery to you, maybe it's because you're following a distorted book...!

why there is no consensus among Christians on core beliefs and are still debatable..?
    1. Isn't that the divinity of Jesus is still debatable among Christians?
    2. Isn't that there are varying interpretations and beliefs about Jesus' nature among different denominations and individuals?

@@lshed28 I find it absurd that Christians need a mountain of theological gymnastics to define their "God."
No contradictions, no confusion.

but Human Needed God to sacrifice his son to receive redemption and salvation from Death and hell...
because no human is sinless, no human is Juste... as paul said...
the law only tell you how you are sinner and lead you to Death...
only Christ Could lead us to eternal life out of the valley of Death
and that could only be achieved by him coming into the darkness, this world of blind and sick people
to Die for us and resurect ... making for us a path toward God's Promised Land...
    Jesus IS the path.
his incarnation, sacrifice, death, descent into sheol/hades/purgatory and resurection was needed to make that path accessible to US who live on earth AND to the souls that are in the world of Deads... aka Sheol/purgatory... hades
the kingdom of the dead IS NOT hell/gehenna/pit of flamme/the abyss of destruction/abaddon/
that's the place of condemnation of the fallen ones angels or humans... there is no salvation possible for those already condemned...
and to make the salvation possible to those God has to die to go into the kingdom of Dead and bring them from there.

The ultimate truth is simple: the Creator, one and absolute, perfectly aligned with human nature. But the Trinity? A chaotic, illogical concept needing constant "experts" to make sense of it. If you need centuries of debate to explain it, is it really truth?
Three beings-Father, Son, Holy Spirit-yet somehow "one"? This isn’t divine; it’s a logical joke. Ask any rational person-they’ll naturally accept one God because truth is simple, not a puzzle.
Islam’s *Tawhid* is clear: *"Say: He is Allah, the One and Only; Allah, the Eternal, Absolute"* (Quran 112:1-2). Even a child understands it. No councils, no philosophical contortions. That’s how truth works. Meanwhile, the Trinity crumbles under its own contradictions-proving it’s a human-made mess hiding behind complexity.

Scripture says, Jesus loves righteousness and hates sin. So sin is the very enemy of God. So, sin must be destroyed. Instead of a person being destroyed (dying) God said, let an animal die in your place. But, even the animal wasn't a good enough payment for a righteous God. This is why a righteous and holy God decided to make the ultimate payment, a once and for all payment. By dying for us. I never made that realization before in genesis that an animal was sacrificed in their place to allow them a longer life in order to propagate humans so we all might have a chance to live and love God as He loves us. God is beautiful in His grace and patience.

    1. **Mr. Sam's Deception**: All Mr. Sam knows is spreading lies and making baseless claims. His followers blindly accept his nonsense without verifying the truth. What you're quoting from the Quran isn’t even written as he claims!
    2. **Divine Authority**: Even if, hypothetically, it was written as Sam says (which it isn't), God is the Sovereign Lord. He creates, gives life, and takes it as He wills. He can choose to inflict death or hardship, but He never commands humans to commit injustice. Earthquakes, accidents, floods, and diseases can affect anyone, whether young, old, man, or woman. Yet, God also rewards those who endure such trials with immense compensation.
    3. **Biblical Hypocrisy**: Mr. Sam conveniently ignores the Bible's own violent commands. How can the biblical God be called unconditionally loving when He orders the **mass slaughter of women, children, and even animals**? Take 1 Samuel 15:3, where God commands the Israelites:
    > "Do not spare them, but kill both man and woman, child and infant, ox and sheep, camel and donkey."
How do Christians reconcile such orders of **genocide and slaughter** from their so-called loving God?
    4. **Islamic Morality**: In contrast, the Quran forbids such cruelty. Islam prohibits the killing of women, children, and animals, even in war. It emphasizes **justice, mercy, and compassion**:
    - **Quran 2:190**: "Fight in the way of Allah those who fight you but do not transgress. Indeed. Allah does not like transgressors."
    - **Quran 8:61**: "If they incline to peace, then incline to it [also]."
    - **Quran 17:33**: "Do not kill the soul which Allah has forbidden, except by right."
    5. **Final Judgment**: In the end, the Islamic God commands justice and restraint, while your Bible condones indiscriminate violence. Who, then, represents the truly merciful and just God? The decision is yours.

What a farcical argument you’ve presented. The Quran recited in Makkah is broadcast globally, and no sect of Islam has ever raised an objection to any verse or letter of the Quran or its recitation. Try tuning into any Quran TV channel from Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Malaysia, or any other country-it's the same text, without variation. This consistency isn't a coincidence; it's a testament to the Quran's impeccable preservation.
Compare this with the Bible, where different versions and countless contradictions reveal a history of alterations and discrepancies. You have the King James Version, New International Version, Revised Standard Version-each with its own edits, exclusions, and additions. Even key verses were added or removed based on the whims of church councils, as seen with 1 John 5:7, which was a later addition.
Let’s not be naive. Figures like Sam and David Wood exploit ignorance, pushing falsehoods that gullible individuals swallow without question. The Quran’s preservation is a matter of documented history and empirical evidence, not unfounded claims. Don’t let deceptive narratives obscure the truth.

Hogan you're full of BS again. Tap dance around this:
Leviticus 1-7: These chapters give detailed instructions on various types of sacrifices, such as burnt offerings, grain offerings, peace offerings, sin offerings, and guilt offerings. For instance:
Leviticus 1:2-3: "Speak to the Israelites and say to them: ‘When anyone among you brings an offering to the Lord, bring as your offering an animal from either the herd or the flock.’"
Leviticus 17:11: "For the life of a creature is in the blood, and I have given it to you to make atonement for yourselves on the altar; it is the blood that makes atonement for one’s life."
Christianity, the Old Testament sacrificial system is viewed as being fulfilled by Jesus’ sacrificial death, and the need for animal sacrifices is understood as having ended.
