This lack of existential peace is what SHOULD drive people to open their hearts to the guidance of the Holy Spirit, but unfortunately they let all excuses get in the way, such as family, friends, jobs etc. The very things that Jesus said, that if you are not willing to give up, then you are not worthy of Him.
I say this as an ex-atheist who made all the same excuses.

Im 54 year old man and i started to cry.
I became a Christian at age 49 in 2019, all Glory to God, as i was blind as I didn't understand before.
Seriously i didnt understand, The Holy Spirit guided me to Christianity and i didn't know what was Christianity.
I started to research what is Christianity and started to read The Bible and the more i read, the more i was saying, how come not everyone knows this?
And ever since i belong to Lord Jesus Christ and forever.
I Love you Father God and Lord Jesus Christ and The Holy Spirit.

Glory to the one and only living GOD ALMIGHTY 🙏♥️ I left Islam in 2019 after having similar encounter with the Lord Jesus. In His presence all I could do was shout roof top, “You are God! You are God! I’m so sorry that I have denied You!” Every fibre of my being knew who He is and no one had to tell me! I had no idea that the Bible says, “ Every knee will bow and every tongue will confess Jesus is LORD”
I too saw that light that was pure TRUTH and not a single word had to be spoken! There was no denying Him! I just wanted to fall at His feet and worship Him but like this brother I could not look at the Holy Light. So as I was repenting, I had to look to the side. I have a picture of my face melting my heart out like this brother because I could not believe the distance the True Lord had gone to save a sinner like me!
After this I asked, God, where are all the Christians that know this beautiful God, and why are they not telling Muslims about YOU and why are they not exposing the lies of Islam. God lid me to Nabeel, David and Sam and there other soldiers of God!
I had never met a Christian to tell me about Jesus or challenge my belief!

@@ThePlayfarer in short, was atheist for years. I was quoting the bible writing my mom’s eulogy. I think to myself “could this all be real? If you are you know exactly what will convince me”. Later that night I had a dream(never have dreams) I was talking to my mom asking “why did you have to leave me” but she was ignoring me. Out of no where a light man showed up in the room for what seemed like a millisecond. At that same moment I woke up hysterically crying, but with a deep feeling of peace and comfort. There was no exchange of words I woke up as soon as I noticed the light-man. But it’s like an entire conversation was downloaded into my mind. “It had to be this way, this was the only way you would believe in me,your mother is ok”. this was same time I was watching Kyle/rz/dyer, needless to say it changed me
@@carlosm6759 The only time I ever had anything weird happen to me was when I had sleep paralysis one time and heard chanting and saw words scrolling before my eyes while I couldn't move. It was super weird, but I don't think it was anything significant, since sleep paralysis is a well understood phenomenon. Your experience is interesting, and glad it could change you for the better.
I'm agnostic, but low-key wish I could have something like that that made belief easier. Just don't want to believe something simply because I want it to be true or it would make me feel better.
