Thanks for watching lovely ❤️🙏🏾….. no twists were done … I seldom twist my hair after washing ….i either use chunky braids or conrows in levels like what I did in this video. In this video I did both a mixture of conrows and braids for the wig prep.

How many years have you been growing your hair
This is around 8 years of growth ….with cuts every few years.
Your hair is so beautiful and thick. Do you have a special diet. What foods do you eat? Do you experience a lot of shed hair, between styles?

Please which moisturizer do you use?
Heyyaa …thanks for watching 🙏🏾❤️… to moisturise I use the LOC method (rose water spray, Shea butter mix which has oils in it) or if I want just a plain moisturiser I use Cantu leave in conditioner / curling custard or I would use As I am double butter.

Thanks for watching lovely ….I don’t do hot oil treatments often … maybe only every other month. Depends on what my hair needs.
