@@robbcollins3727 I’ve ridden the AT’s and I like them much! The new 452 will give up some speed to the AT, but it is a lighter bike and handles off-road better, just because of the weight. I think you will have enough power in the Himi to not feel like your lacking from a huge power deficite.

I bought a brand new 2020 made it 200 miles before breaking down. The bike has been in the shop for 4 months still with no answers. Takes weeks to get any parts and the customer service from enfield is terrible
Sorry to hear that. Why did it break down? I’ve had nothing but many RE dealers in my areas with many parts in stock and quick repairs and great customer service. What area are you located in?
What about the poor quality chasis design? there is some that have broken down, yes I know it was handled by RE saying the owner installed a not original crash bars and that was the main fault, BUT, anyhow, it still speaks loudly about a bad chasis design
It was an aftermarket crash guard issue. As the guy got an aftermarket crash guard and forgot to mount the front mounting screws, which caused all the weight to fall on the rear mounting screws causing the fracture. Same for the other guys, the crash guards were not fastened using the right torque and etc.
Of the tens of thousands of bikes made (maybe more?) I guess you’d have to see what percentage of bikes have issues. My guess is a very small percentage well under one percent.
There are 2 bikes that failed both with aftermarket crash bars. Apparently both fitted without torque wrench and because the crash bars require removing an engine mount bolt to fit, it is important to refit the engine mount bolt with correct torque. It’s amazing that a few people can fit aftermarket crash bars incorrectly and then morons will repeat it in every UA-cam comment section as if everyone bike it failing.
