My hair has grown out since I dont go to barbershop any more. I just wash and go but I look ratchet. I am an old girl so sponge rollers are what I grew up on and it's also easy for me to use. But I kept my foam rollers girl ! Now I’m going to try this style today. FYI I even have the gel you used from the Dollar Tree ! .I did not like it because it was too light and did not hold my curls well. But again I kept it. So maybe it’s a good setting gel? It would be bigger if you actually combed it out
Just use a pick to lift at the roots, do not comb it out. Combing it out will ruin the 'do.
