@@vishalparmar3342 warranty card may be missing as it's not a big issue, in that case you can ask for an authentic invoice/bill from your retailer and keep it safe .
Bill can also be used as a warranty card but you need to inform/ discuss it with your dealer first.

I have exchaged it twice.... It showing very low range around 55/100 ... And also time is showing wrong
Everytime you change batteries, time settings has to be done again, so it's better not to eject or insert batteries n number of times ( How to set date and time , seperate video will be uploaded shortly on that).
Now coming to your another doubt , very low range...in that case it is advisable to simultaneously check the b.p ( same patient, same time )with another brand b.p machine , in case if variation is more than given ( usually 20-30 points) you may opt for replacement again.

Sir, how is the accuracy, compared to mercury?...i m using same brand from 1 year
Most accurate is Mercury type b.p machine.
However natural variation of digital b.p machine is 15 - 25 units.
It's advisable to check your b.p once with mercurial b.p machine, and then compare it with your digital one.
Accuracy in Dr. Morepen b.p machine is generally good ( provided that machine is working perfectly).

Are there available AC DC connected BP monitor. If so kindly inform the Name of the model.
Majority of the digital BP machines coming these days have dual mode of power supply.
You can either use AA or AAA, 6V DC ( Type batteries, depending upon the model).
OR
type A or type C USB cable.

BP should be checked on left or right arm?
Certain points to clarify this::
1) usually right arm is preferred for b.p measurement.
2) although you can use left arm also it's totally fine.
3) however if the difference between both arms reading is greater then 15-20 mm Hg. Then it's better to consult your doctor.

Both are very similar in terms of accuracy,
However features are different like screen size, battery size, memory etc...

माडल बी पी 15 अगस्त 8.2022 में में ख़रीदा है अब उसकी बैटरी चार्ज नहीं हो रही है उपाय बताएं, क्या अभी वारंटी में है
बीपी मशीन में बैटरी नही होती है, ये या तो सेल ( AA/ AAA) से चलती है, या डायरेक्ट लाइट से।
लाइट से चलाने के लिए आप मोबाइल चार्जर का भी इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं।
अगर लाइट न हो तो ही सेल से डायरेक्ट चलाएं। (लाइट में लगने से सेल चार्ज नहीं होता है।)
उम्मीद करता हूं आपका संशय दूर हुआ होगा,

बैटरी से मेरा मतलब मिनी बैटरीज ( जैसे की मोबाइल फोन या खिलौने में होती हैं) जो कि चार्ज हो जाती हैं।

How to repair the machine
Kindly refer to the catalogue provided with the machine for errors like
ERR 1, ERR 2 , ERR 3 .. etc.
However if the problem persist please ask your machine provider.

Sir isme charging kaise jan payenge ki ye fully charge ho gyaa hai
Isme charging nahi hoti hai, ye AA battery ya direct light se ( mobile charger type A or type C port) chalta hai.

Main morepan use krta hu but kabhi bp jada batata hai go kabhi kam batata hai aesa kyu Q hota hai sir ?
All b.p machines shows some variation, thoda bohot Kam ya jyada chalta rehta hai , usse farak nahi padta.
But if the variation is more than ( +/- 15- 25 units), its advisable to recheck your b.p with some other machine.

Ohk sir but sometimes aesa hota hai ki bp 130 hai fir recheck krne ke baad 115 batata hai kabhi bp badha bhi rhta hai fir bhi normal batata hai ...

Difference is 15
15 - 25 points ka difference aa sakta hai electronic b.p machine me..agar lagataar difference aa raha hai or jyada aa raha hai ( more than 25 units) then either change your machine or contact your doctor.
